Texas Center for the Missing has Issued a Houston Regional AMBER Alert for the Missouri City Police Department who are seeking for the location of endangered missing child, Nadia Sawney. She was last seen with her mother, Melonie Nicole Harris. Ms. Harris does not have custody of the child. The child has multiple medical conditions, including a cyst on her back and Osteoporotic bones, is malnourished and is considered very endangered.  Amber Alert for 10-month-old Missouri City girl canceled

MISSOURI CITY, Texas -

An infant who officials put out an Amber Alert for Saturday was found safe on Sunday in Brooklyn, New York.

Texas Center for the Missing issued the alert Saturday for the Missouri City Police Department, who were searching for Nadia Sawney.

Nadia had reportedly been last seen with her mother, Melanie Nicole Harris, who had previously lost custody of Nadia and fled the jurisdiction before Child Protective Services was able to take custody.

Officials were concerned for Nadia's well-being due to her osteoporotic bones and malnourishment.

Nadia was reported to be in good condition and is now in the custody of Child Protective Services in New York.
