Man who touched minors, forced them to pose for pictures pleads guilty in Jacksonville

A 56-year-old man who touched minors and made them pose nude while he took pictures in 2012 pleaded guilty Thursday afternoon and was given 40 years in prison, according to the State Attorney’s Office.

Medford Randolph McCullough pleaded guilty to charges of attempted capital sexual battery, lewd or lascivious molestation, lewd or lascivious exhibition, two counts of use of child in a sexual performance and six counts of possession of child pornography, according to the State Attorney’s Office.

McCullough was sentenced to 40 years in prison with a minimum of 25 years followed by probation for the rest of his life, according to the State Attorney’s Office.

He was deemed a sexual predator.
