More documents, including autopsy report, expected to be released Friday

TV reports are saying Caylee Anthony's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, are fighting the release of the toddler's autopsy report.

Prosecutors are expected to release hundreds of pages of documents to the public Friday in the case against Casey Anthony.

Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Bones of the 2-year-old were found in woods Dec. 11 less than a mile from her family's east Orange County home.

TV reports are saying Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, are fighting the release of the toddler's autopsy report, which could be among the documents available Friday.

The State Attorney's Office is releasing the information in response to public records requests. Prosecutors are required by law to release the documents that they provided to the defense. Some information, such as autopsy photos, can be exempt from public record laws.
