Simon & Schuster is owned by CBS Corporation. If they are considering publishing Cindy (who is as culpable (IMO) and are being coy about any pending (or signed) deals, go higher – always talk to the boss’s boss. Also polite letters to the top-selling authors letting them know how unhappy we are with their publisher.

My letters are short and sweet:
Please stop glamorizing the death of a child. By offering any Anthony family member blood money you are sending a very clear message that is publicly acceptable to murder your child. While a jury says she was not guilty (they are now admitting that does not mean she is innocent), I personally believe, along with a large percent of the public, that Casey Anthony got away with murder - and the whole family was involved with the cover-up.
If (Insert name here) continues to pursue procuring appearances/book deals/ movie deals, etc. by the Anthony's, I will take my business elsewhere. I will also stop buying products from your paid sponsors/authors/etc. - and I will advise them by sending them a similar request.
Thank you for your time.
