Multiple victims - Michael Marceau and Lisa Ford - Aloha OR

The arrest of a married couple accused of committing horrific sex crimes against
children has a local neighborhood reeling, while investigators work to identify
other victims.

According to court documents, Michael Marceau and his
wife, Lisa Ford, admitted to sodomizing and raping a 6-year-old girl and a
14-year-old boy multiple times over the past six months.

The 14-year-old boy is also severely disabled and lives on a respirator.

Investigators say a search of Ford and Marceau’s Aloha rental home on Feb. 19 revealed
numerous pictures of the crimes, stored on computers.

In a neighborhood filled with children, parents who know the couple say they feel sick to their
stomachs.

“I try to think of something worse and I can't think of
anything worse than taking advantage of a child or a disabled child,” said one
concerned neighbor.

“They babysat for me,” said one neighbor. “Our kids
played together. They were back and forth at each other's
houses.”

Michael Marceau's MySpace account is filled with pictures of
him, Ford and unnamed children. In his “About Me” section, he appears to write
about his wife stating:

"Just when you think people are freaks, you meet one that is just as much of a freak
as you…"

Marceau and Ford were both arraigned Monday on multiple charges including rape and
sodomy in the first degree. If convicted, they will face sentencing under
Jessica's Law which requires a minimum 25 year sentence.
Their bail was set at $4 million each.

ALOHA, Ore. -- A married couple under investigation on federal child
porn charges was arraigned Monday for allegedly having sex with a
disabled boy and his younger sister, according to Washington County
Sheriff's Office.

Lisa Ann Ford and Michael Joseph Marceau of Aloha may have engaged in
"deviant sexual behavior" with Ford's disabled teenaged son and young
daughter.
"Detectives and agents found photographic evidence that both Ford
and Marceau were engaging in sexual intercourse ... with both children.
There is also evidence that they were trading the pictures on the
Internet. The boy is severely mentally and physically disabled and is
unable to move on his own," Sheriff's Sgt. Dave Thompson said.

The couple was arraigned Monday on multiple sex-crime charges for the
molestation of Ford's children, including rape and sodomy, according to
county court records. Bail was set at $4 million each.

Photographs found inside the couple's residence have led investigators
to consider filing additional charges, according to the sheriff's
office.
Marceau has visitation rights for two children of his own, a 10-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son.

Detectives found photographs of children getting undressed at the Aloha
home. Thompson said that evidence indicated the kids were friends to
Marceau's daughter.
Washington County was expected to try the couple according to
statutes laid out in Jessica's Law. If convicted under Jessica's Law
each would face minimum prison terms of 25 years.
