Poster's Note: Not certain if this story is related. Some of the details fit.
A West Manchester Township teenage girl was
recovered Wednesday at a home in New Jersey from her alleged abductor,
according to the U.S. Marshals office.
The 16-year-old girl was found in a home in Millville, N.J. around 3
p.m. Wednesday, according to the Marshal Service.
Jonathan Luis Torres-Caraballo, 20, was arrested for interference with
custody of a child and concealment of the whereabouts of a child. The
girl was picked up by her parents at a New Jersey police station.
West Manchester Township police obtained an arrest warrant for
Torres-Caraballo after the girl's parents reported as a runaway last
week. A police investigation determined the girl was with Caraballo and
was being held against her will, police said.
The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Unit in Harrisburg determined the two
were in New Jersey and reported the case to the U.S. Marshal Service
New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.
Officials did not say why Torres-Caraballo was in New Jersey.

Re: UNIQUE CRALL - 16 yo - West Manchester PA
Poster's Note: Another follow up to the above. Still no connection, other than circumstance, with the original topic.
A 16-year-old West Manchester Township girl reported
as a runaway last week was safely recovered from her alleged abductor
Wednesday afternoon in New Jersey.
U.S. Marshals found the
juvenile and arrested 20-year-old Jonathan Luis Torres-Caraballo in a
residence in Millville, N.J., around 3 p.m. Wednesday. Officials did not
say why Torres-Caraballo was in New Jersey.
Torres-Caraballo, of
706 W. Philadelphia St., York, is charged with two felonies —
interference with the custody of a child and concealment of the
whereabouts of a child.
He was turned over to New Jersey
authorities for processing on the outstanding Pennsylvania charges. The
girl was taken to a local New Jersey police barracks to be picked up by
her parents.
The girl's parents reported her missing to the West
Manchester Township Police Department on May 3, which was three days
after the teen didn't return home after school, according to court
documents.
The child's mother asked around and determined that
her daughter was likely in Philadelphia with Torres-Caraballo, and that
she planned to obtain fake identification, travel to Miami and then on
to Puerto Rico, police said.
Police determined the girl might be
with an older male, later identified as Torres-Caraballo.
The
investigation determined that the girl had been dating Torres-Caraballo
since last October, charging documents indicate. They'd planned to move to Puerto
Rico where his father would help them settle in, according to
documents.
But things turned sour once the teen left with
Torres-Caraballo; she began communicating with a friend, who worked with
police.
Cell phone tracking: Further
investigation determined she was being held against her will, police
said. The teen had been texting a friend and indicated that she had
locked herself in a hotel bathroom and had been beaten by a man who had a
gun, according to documents.
West Manchester police obtained an
arrest warrant against Torres-Caraballo May 7 and they tracked him down
via cell phone use and tower signals, according to documents.
The
case was adopted by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Service in the Middle
District of Pennsylvania. Marshals developed leads in New Jersey, which
were reported to the U.S. Marshal Service New York/New Jersey Regional
Fugitive Task Force.
