JAZLYN PINKERMAN -16 yo -and her step-mother BETH - Rossville (E of Lafayette) IN

just seen on the news that they were last seen on the 23rd at knights Inn in Lafayette,IN. So they still might be in the area. Beth will probably be charged with something. Jazlyn will probably be taken away from her. since Beth doesn't have custody. i just can't believe they left that apartment for Cody to deal with. if Beth loved Cody she wouldn't of done that to him. Hopefully they find them so everyone can have a peace of mind that jazlyn is okay. last log in on her myspace is 4/28/2010. you think the police would track her phone. And they probably know by now that they put a missing persons report out on them, so you would think they would do the right thing and contact the police and turn their selves in. If Beth was such a good person she wouldn't have ran with jazlyn instead she would have contacted the police if there was a problem. she would have Jazlyn in school instead of running. Beth is teaching Jazlyn that running is a good thing and it's not at all. wow ain't she teaching her good from right and wrong. once they do find them which probably won't be long from since they were on the news then we will all know what they were running from or for.

Aud4573 You don't know anything about Beth or Jazye at all. So please quit talking about how well you know my aunt and cousin. You don't know what's even going on. It is Cody's fault to why they are on the run. I bet you didn't know that did you? & the saying his, hers and the truth. We'll never find it out because they both lie and so does Jazye. They all do, but Jazye is fine i'm assuming because I haven't seen her dead on the news or have recieved any calls.

Hi Samanthajo. Are you able to say what you believe Cody did to cause them to take off?

i know a lot that is going on since my mom talked to the police. the police told her a lot about what is going on. i never said that i know them. i said i just know what kind of things that were going on when they lived next to my mom.Samanthajo you said in a previous post that you didn't know why the ran. now you change the story and said it was because of Cody? obviously you can't get the story straight.or you have talked to Beth and Jazye and they told why they are running. how would you know it's because of Cody if you haven't talk to Jazye or Beth? hmm. goes back to what i posted a while back there is people that aren't telling the police everything. If it is because of Cody then that is not a very good reason to run and have thousands of people looking for them. i really do hope they catch them. they should get charge with something for running. beth should get charged for not having Jazye in school, running with a child that she doesn't have custody of and a lot of other things. Beth will probably lose Jazye when they find them. someone knows where they are and ain't saying anything.

samanthajo. obviously you didn't know the real reason either .actually they aren't running because of Cody. they are running because Beth was suppose to attend a custody hearing on April 14th. So that's the real reason why they are running. here is the story confirming it.

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) - The Clinton County
Sheriff's Office is investigating the disappearance of a Rossville woman
and her step-daughter. Authorities say 40-year-old Beth Anne
Pinkerman and 16-year-old Jazlyn Jade Pinkerman were last seen at the
Knights Inn hotel in Lafayette April 14. Pinkerman was set to
attend a custody hearing in court on April 14. Authorities
believe the women are traveling together, but they don’t have a car.
The Clinton County Sheriff's Office would like to hear from anyone
who has information about the women.

Oh wow so the police are breaking the law. It's called confidentiality. They are not suppose to talk about a case unless it is closed. Beth and Jazye aren't running because of a Custody case. Beth was going to get Custody of Jazye. You didn't know that one did you? Mike was going to sign off his rights to Beth. I have enough words to come out onto this computer to tell you alot that i KNOW about MY family not yours MINE. No one knows where they are at. And i'm pretty sure knowing Beth she is way out of state. You only know Aud4573 what your mother tells you. I know what I know of what what I hear from close family and friends. Honestly I would turn them both in. Jazye has mental problems and so does Beth. They've been through alot. I think they feel threatened by everyone who thinks they know everything and what is going on. Alot of rumors escalate and so do stories.

if Beth an Jazye don't want rumors going around then they need to turn themselves in. i know alot to because i actually lived right next to them. well, it's kinda odd how they run before the court date. And weird how her dad is the one who report jazye her missing. honestly this case and them missing becomes everyone's business once the police ask for the public's help in locating them.

Samanthajo, Mike WAS NOT going to sign custody of jazye over to Beth the court date was so he could get an annulment from beth bc beth IS still married to some one else in ILL. OHHH and by the way Beth has two kids one 20 and one 19 she replaced them with jazye and cody..... she never went back to court to get them.... hmmmmmmm sounds like all she knows how to do is run! YOU do not know all the story either, she is a lying money sucking leach, all she did was take cody's money you only know what has been told to you from her, maybe just maybe you should talk to her dad and her step mom and her family and everyone else she was around.... because YOU do NOT know all the story!!!! and for you miss allycat shut it you do not know beth either both of you are NOT really her family so stop calling her your aunt and cousin. AND she left in a hurry did you see that appartment NO you did not, i on the other hand did, and she left those two dogs and left cody and his wife to pay all the bills you want to know how much all that was.... almost 1000.00 in bills.... and her selling pills would not suprise me one bit, and beth drank with jazye she let all her little boyfriends and friends come over and do what ever they wanted.... I became close friends when she came to Rossville. The only reason she ever did any of that, is because she has abandonment issues. Her dad left her. He treated her like crap! She told me about visiting him at a McDonald for Christmas. She said he dad hardly even paid attention to her. He had her other brother there, and he was wigging out on drugs. He has been verbally abusive to her. She belongs with her step mom. Jazye has panic attacks when she is away from her mom. That is part of the reason for her missing so much school. I am not sure if it is true, but i heard that her father did something bad to her, so her and her mom left. Jazye is just a teenager, teenagers drink. The best thing for Jazye is that she is with her step mom. She has been hurt a lot through out her life. So tell me, does Jazye belong with someone who abondons her, and verbally abuses her, or with a women who takes care of her? I think EVERYONE know the answer to that!!!!!!!

All I want is for Jazye to be safe.I don't know Beth or Mike, but if she needed to she could live with me! Most of what people are saying is rumors. Until people know the truth, it is probably smarter not to help spread the rumors.

I think people are to busy coming up with theory's, then they are trying to find Jazye. Isn't all that matters is here safety? Even if this is all about custody, shouldn't it be up to Jazye as to where she wants to live? I have been worried sick about her, and it seems to me that everyone has given up on finding her. She is missing out on education, plus if she is hiding, how is she supposed to get her medicine for her anxiety attacks? This poor girl has all ready been through a lot, this has to be extremely stressful for her. I wish I could just know that she is alive and well! I miss Jazye, I want her back!

A child's opinion on where to live should be taken in consideration; however, it should not be the deciding factor. There is a reason why they are still considered minors. I agree completely with Pinky. Beth is a piece of crap and a con artist. She will lie, cheat and steal. I knew Beth about three years ago and was around her almost everyday. I heard these horrible stories about how her "ex" husband beat her and stabbed her. I heard how she couldn't have children and how Mike's kids were like her own. It was all crap. I later found out that her "ex" husband was not all that bad of a guy. She had two children from that relationship. She ran out on them and lost custody do to drugs (she did tell me before that she had a pretty bad drug habit before Mike). Oh, yeah, she wasn't even divorced from her ex. That makes her and Mike not even legally married. What small fraction of a claim she might have had to custody just went out the window. She has stolen over a thousand dollars from some one that I know. There is no denying it. It was her signature on the paperwork. I don't know if Mike was going to give away custody or not. It seems odd that he would and even more odd that she would run if he was going to. It isn't normal for a child of Jazye age to be so dependent upon a parent that she gets panic attacks if she gets separated from them. That speaks volumes towards the child’s psyche and that sort of behavior is usually caused by programming and abuse. I feel horrible that Jazye is going all of this crap. Beth is just flushing the girls’ future down the drain.

A missing Rossville teen and her stepmother have been found safe in
Massachusetts, Clinton County police said today.
Seventeen-year-old Jazlyn Pinkerman and 40-year-old Beth Pinkerman
were located by police Tuesday afternoon in Randolph, Mass., said
Detective Curt Catron of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department. The
two are staying at an acquaintance’s home in that area, he said.Jazlyn Pinkerman, who
was reported as a runaway by her father, Michael Pinkerman, indicated to
Randolph police that she does not want to return to Indiana, Catron
said. It’s believed Beth Pinkerman has found employment in Randolph.“They kind of were
starting another life out there,” Catron said. Randolph
police said: “Jazlyn wants to be where she’s at. She wants to be with
her stepmother.”Because Jazlyn Pinkerman turned 17 on May
25, Massachusetts statute dictates that she cannot be held in custody as
a runaway, Catron said.Family members in Rossville have
not had any known contact with the teen or her stepmother since April
20, when 20-year-old Cody Pinkerman spoke with his sister, Jazlyn, on
the phone.Beth Pinkerman lived with her stepdaughter and
had been separated from Michael Pinkerman when the two disappeared,
Catron said. It’s not believed the teen or her stepmother were in danger
while they were missing, Catron said.He said Michael
Pinkerman has been advised to go through the court system in his
attempts to get his daughter back to Indiana.It is unknown
whether Jazlyn Pinkerman is working in Massachusetts or if she is
attending school, Catron said.

A missing Rossville, Indiana teenager and her stepmother have been
located, but it seems that for the time being the teen will be staying
in Massachusetts. Clinton County Detective Curt Catron said
17-year-old Jazlyn Pinkerman and 40-year-old Beth Pinkerman were found
safe by police Tuesday afternoon in Randolph, Massachusetts. Catron
said Randolph police took both Jazlyn and Beth Pinkerman into custody
to check their well-being and found no problems. They were then
released. Massachusetts law states that as Jazlyn Pinkerman is
17, she can't be held in police custody as a runaway. Catron said
Beth Pinkerman lived with her stepdaughter in Rossville and Jazlyn
Pinkerman's father Michael Pinkerman lived in Rensselaer. Michael
reported Jazlyn Pinkerman missing over a month ago. Catron said
he gave Jazlyn's father suggestions on what he could do to get his
daughter back, which included going through the court system in
Massachusetts. According to Catron, the Clinton County
prosecutor's office will not be filing any charges.

I am so glad she is safe - but I find it hard to believe Mass considers her an adult at 17? she was 16 i think when she was taken/left - it's impossible to know the full story of what is going on - I just want her to be safe.
