JERIMAR CARMODY - 15 yo - Bulls Gap (NE of Knoxville) TN

A missing person report has been filed for a West Greene
High School student who apparently ran away from his home near Bulls Gap on June 7.


Greene County Sheriff's Department Records Deputy Margaret
Knight said a missing person report was filed on Jerimar Carmody, 15, by
his mother, Tammy Parks, on June 8.

An "endangered runaway" notice about Carmony is also posted
on the website for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at (www.missingkids.com).

Flyers produced from that listing are posted in many locations in and around Mosheim, the deputy said.

The flyers describe Carmony as being 5 feet 10 inches
tall,weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. The last time
he was seen, he had braces on his teeth.

Parks, of 315 Guthries Green Road, said she has had no
contact since he "just ran off, out of his bedroom window," on June 7.

Carmody had just completed his first year at WGHS, and did not seem unhappy before he left.

Parks said her son ran away last summer but only stayed gone a day-and-a-half.

She said she told Greene County deputies that her son may
have gone to Bristol, since a telephone number from that area was found
on a cell phone he had used.

Parks said she and her son had lived on Guthrie Green Road
for two years, and before that lived at Davy Crockett Trailer Park off
the Asheville Highway. She said her son has lived in Greene County all his life.

Greene County Sheriff's Dept. at 423-798-1800.
