RASHAD HARPER - 16 yo/ Mentally challenged - Wheaton (N of Silver Spring) MD

Wheaton MD ---- Montgomery County Police are looking for
a missing teen who is mentally challenged.



Police say Rashad Harper, 16, was last seen at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at
the intersection of University Boulevard and Grandview Avenue in
Wheaton. He goes to school in that area but lives in Prince George's County.

Harper is familiar with the Metro Transit System and may be on a Metro train.

Police describe him as a black male, 5'6" tall, weighing 150 pounds. He
has brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a navy
blue t-shirt and khaki shorts.

16-Year-Old Missing Wheaton Teen Located









Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Family Crimes Division
have located 16-year-old Rashad Harper who had been missing since
yesterday. He was found safe early this morning in Greenbelt and has
been reunited with his family.

The Montgomery County Police and Rashad’s family would like to thank
the local media and the community for their assistance with this
investigation.
