JMO but I feel it is counter-productive to keep up the mantra that Kyron is alive and being held somewhere. I would beg Texas Equusearch to try to find him and in particular look for his remains. I know they have to remain positive but they also need to be realistic too and follow both scenario's through to a conclusion.

There has to be a reason why Desiree and Kaine believe this so completely. If LE even thought Kyron was not alive, would they not speak to them? I watched one of the longer interview sessions with Desiree and Kaine (I will find it and post it) and Kaine spoke about LE having all their ducks in a row before they arrested "her".
I barely caught this when it was spoken. I do believe Desiree and Kaine are keeping this fire brewing for an alternative reason. Kyron, yes and foremost, but much more. What would be the reason, they do not use Equusearch?

I thought the same way Kiwi does. Then recently someone in LE said he had learned things he wishes he did not have to know. It was sort of as if he thought Kyron may have been given away to a pervert or something.

I want "her" behind bars. What are they waiting for? Let her get a taste of what she is facing and maybe that will be incentive to tell what she knows. Which, IMO, is EVERYTHING.

Two things that stick in my mind are-Kaine cannot testify against his wife..waiting on the divorce and that when they make the arrest, all the evidence they have compiled will be asked from Th's lawyer. The ducks have to be in a row. I know it is very frustrating to be patient and I cannot explain why I have this for the moment, maybe just waiting for that person of interest to show an ounce of love, just one iota of concern, for even herself. Having a lawyer only protects one externally. Busybob is raging , his time is short and all his advocate's will go down with him.

Ya' know, as it was mentioned by somebody else, why hasn't somebody called TES to search? I just don't think that LE is really doing much lately, not so sure they went about it the right way at the git-go. I personally, don't think Kyron will ever be found, there hasn't been enough pressure put on the people that seen him last.

I agree Always. It's interesting they have been out to Sauvie Island to search again. I don't think they would believe he could still be alive on the island somewhere so I'm sure they must think that is most likely where his body is. It's so frustrating that the law protects someone from being mercilessly grilled about the whereabouts of a missing child if there is reasonable grounds to suspect that person knows. I understand the need to have a law protecting someone from being questioned for days as to whether they have committed a crime because we would all confess even if we didn't do it, but I can't see any reason why they cannot be questioned about WHERE a missing child is until they break. They will either cave in and tell them or if they genuinely don't know that will be established and LE can cross the suspect off their list. Surely finding a missing child should take precedence above an adults rights. It's just crazy. It should have been legal to question Casey Anthony about Caylee's whereabouts until she broke and the same applies for TH.

I'm beinging to wonder if this is what he was hinting at when he said "They've narrowed down the scope, it's definative", "Target areas, targeting specific elements", "Specific types of resources and a specific number", "Closed multiple doors, now have target areas", "Targets are more pronounced".

There seems to be an increase in the arrests of people in the child sex trade/pornography and human trafficking.

Both Kaine and Desiree have been bashed lately. I have not posted any of this because they both were accounted for on the day Kyron went missing and both have passed polys.
They have found Th had an overseas email, I could post that, however it does not have the @where. This had to do with pornography.

Some of TH friends have, yes accused Kaine because of TH saying months beforehand of suspecting Kaine of something. However as usual this is what was going on with TH, she was setting the stage.
Like Kaine had stated, he didn't even know TH was talking, there were problems in their marriage. Everyone else knew but him.

Desiree has a very good sense of deception and I believe her. TH is a very good actress.

A good proof of her acting was telling everyone at the gym, Kaine was the one who sent James out of the house. She would act it out in being upset, when Kaine stated TH had sent him away while Kaine was on a business meeting in Cali. TH called Kaine and told him she sent James to his grandparents. Kaine really wants to see James and he can stay anytime and for as long as he wants. Even if James wants to go to school in Portland, Kaine is more than happy to have him.

I may here alittle. I read TH biography and she has even her own parents buffaloed. She milked them over and over and they refuse to see it. Kyron is their a eight year old grandson, TH is forty?@! Who in their right mind would not help with their own grandson? What!? TH will keep her parents locked up for ten years? We know she doesn't even dare to come out unless her lawyer is holding her hand and he cannot protect her forever. This is what makes me ill, the using of so many people in her scheme, even her own parents.

Kaine can't be forced to testify against his wife. He is allowed to if he wants to. Also, our state (Florida) has an exception to the marital privilege, if it involves child abuse or child murder. I'm sure other states have the same exception.

He can't testify about anything she told his in the "marital bed", but I don't think she told him anything about Kyron being missing. He would have reported it to LE immediately.

I took this to apply to the stepmother, not Kaine. I've never read anything that implied that Kaine was involved in any way or suspected in the slightest. He has been forthright with LE and they certainly don't appear to suspect him of anything improper.

Kyron Horman case: Searchers return to Sauvie Island

With the exception of the area immediately around Skyline Elementary where Kyron was last seen on June 4th, 2010 prior to his mysterious disappearance, Sauvie Island has been the focus of the most intense search efforts to find the then 7-year-old boy. In the early days of the investigation at least 4 days were spent searching the island located just east of the elementary school area (approximately 10 miles to the east). Those early searches included Black Hawk helicopters and dive teams. Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed they returned yesterday to continue the search for Kyron. At least 160 searchers were involved in yesterday’s search and MCSO states the search will continue through the weekend.
Searchers could be seen in various locations on the island yesterday on horseback and ATVs searching the island that by majority is sparsely populated undeveloped land or farm land. It is reported that many of the searchers are volunteers who have come from across the states of Oregon and Washington to assist. The search includes K-9 crews. While MCSO states the new search is not due to new leads, KGW reports that a reliable source has informed them “recently-developed information” has led the investigators to decide to return to the island and search areas that may not have been searched originally, or they feel need a more thorough search. In the words of MCSO spokeswoman Lt. Mary Lindstrand, the agency states they are not searching based on any particular new tip, but “being thorough, is what we’re doing.”
In the early days of the investigation it was rumored (but never confirmed by law enforcement) that Terri Horman’s cell phone pinged on towers that could have placed her on Sauvie Island. Another unconfirmed rumor during that time was a reported sighting of a white pickup, similar to the F150 Ford pickup Terri was driving on June 4th, seen traveling at high rates of speed on the island, apparently being accompanied or chased by a second vehicle.
Apparently several of the residents of Sauvie Island feel that Kyron is out there. KPTV reports that people who live on the island are not surprised to see the searchers return and that a woman identified as “Barbara”, who is a resident of the island, told them “I feel as if he’s here somewhere. He’s here somewhere. I don’t know where, but he’s here somewhere.” Elaine Klein, another resident of Sauvie Island who was interviewed by KGW states that she and several of her neighbors have been keeping their fields mowed just in case there is something there that investigators need to find.
While the reported “new information” that led MCSO to take a more thorough look at Sauvie Island is unknown to the public at this time (as is most of the information law enforcement has on this case), it apparently is important enough to have the Sheriff’s department state they will continue to return to the island until “they have some resolution”.

SALEM, Ore. – For the second day in a row more than 100 searchers combed an island north of Skyline School where Kyron is believed to have disappeared nearly four months ago.

This marks the largest Kyron-related search we've seen in weeks – with Monday being exactly four months since Kyron was driven to school by his stepmother Terri and then disappeared.

Searchers spent both Saturday and Sunday on foot, and sometimes using dogs, horses or even ATVs all over the island. Investigators had the Sauvie Island school doubling as a command post as the headed up a search they do not expect to last past the weekend.

On this balmy Sunday, searchers were instructed not to talk to the media or discuss their tactics. However, we did overhear one searcher with a dog – one of five dogs sniffing over Sauvie Island Sunday – say "Bones, we're looking for bones."

However, no one within the investigation will confirm what it is they're exactly looking for. They will only confirm there aren't any new tips making them spend the weekend searching this water-riddled island.

"By following up on and being thorough here we are getting closer," said Lt. Mary Lindstrand with the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office. "I can't give you any specifics on when there will be a resolution, but it's steps. Step by step and we've got to make sure we get all those steps and be as thorough as possible."

While investigators can't say what searchers are looking for on Sauvie Island, it's obvious some piece of information – new or old – made them reassemble the largest search for Kyron we've seen in weeks.

Fund-raising tally rises
On Friday, Kyron's mother Desiree Young remained confident then that Kyron was still alive. (Watch the press conference.)

"He's out there," Young told news cameras on Friday. "We just need to bring him home."

She made a public plea asking for anyone to come forward with information, and she asked for the public to help raise the reward that's currently at $50,000.

As of Sunday, The Oregonian reported that $85,500 had been raised for Kyron-related efforts. Our assignment desk editor spoke to Desiree Young by phone Sunday afternoon.

Young tells us the fund raising breaks down to nearly $30,000 in a fund maintained by the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office for search-and-rescue and investigation costs. In an interview with KATU Reporter Anna Canzano in September, Multnomah County Search and Rescue Coordinator Diana Olson identified this fund as a Bank of America account.

As of early September, none of the sheriff's Bank of America fund had been spent. At the time Sgt. Olson said it had not been determined whether the sheriff's office account would go toward reimbursing search and rescue costs that had already been incurred. It has since been decided that $8,000 of that fund will go to search and rescue costs, with the rest going into the sheriff's office general fund for investigation expenses, according to The Oregonian's Sunday report.

The reward fund reportedly was seeded by a $50,000 anonymous donation. Young tells us all reward-money donations are being handled by the sheriff’s office.

Young also said the Kyron Horman Foundation has received more than $8,000 to date from fundraisers and the sales of T-shirts and wrist bands. That foundation is organized by Young and her husband, Tony Young, along with Kyron's father Kaine Horman.

"It continues to be overwhelming the amount of people that show their support and are doing things for him," said Kyron's father Kaine Horman in a September KATU interview. "It's incredible."

Inmates repeatedly step forward
Also giving toward the cause was a group of inmates at the Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem. They raised more than $500, according to The Oregonian's report.

"Every dollar helps," Young told us by phone. "And here are prisoners who came up with an innovative way to help find Kyron.”

This is not the first time inmates at the Oregon State Penitentiary have gathered up funds to keep a child's memory, or in this case his search, alive. In January the story of a 2-year-old girl hit by a truck and killed in a Salem parking lot touched the hearts of prisoners at the state pen, who raised enough to ensure her a proper gravestone.

Multnomah County plans another search next weekend of Sauvie Island for Kyron Horman

Multnomah County Sheriff’s Officehopes to carry out another search of areas of Sauvie Island next weekend in hopes of finding Kyron Horman, who disappeared four months ago.

On Saturday, nearly 170 people, including searchers on foot, ATVs, horseback and with dogs, scoured sections of Sauvie Island and then more than 110 people returned for a new search effort on Sunday. The searchers came from multiple agencies and nonprofit groups from Clark County to Marion and Yamhill counties. 

The effort focused on certain areas, including the central part of the island, west of Northwest Reeder Road. No divers were used and buildings were not searched, Lindstrand said. Mainly, crews covered grasslands and areas thick with vegetation, such as blackberry bushes. 

Lindstrand said the dog teams found coyote and deer bones but no sign of the boy, whose eighth birthday was Sept. 9. 

“They didn’t find Kyron,” she said.

Besides the search effort, the sheriff’s office is finalizing the task force that will be in charge of the investigation. Lindstrand said several agencies have agreed to participate but that several others had declined, citing fiscal and personnel concerns.

“It’s really tight right now,” Lindstrand said.

Multnomah County will devote two detectives to the investigation. Lindstrand said the sheriff’s office will announce the makeup of the task force when it’s finalized, which she hopes is soon.

SALEM -- Inmates at the Oregon State Penitentiary have donated $541 to the Kyron Horman fund, according to state corrections spokeswoman Michelle Whitney Dodson.Inmates Saumel Williams, DAngelo Turner and Randy West held fundraisers at prison dinners. The contributions ranged from 10 cents to $50, she said.Inmates can earn up to $77.90 a month through a program called the Performance Recognition and Award System, she said.

A Multnomah County judge on Thursday delayed for three months the divorce proceedings between the father and stepmother of a 7-year-old Portland second-grader who has been missing since June.
Judge Keith Meisenheimer called the issues in the divorce “extraordinary, difficult and complex,” and unlike any that’s come before state family law court, the Oregonian reported.
Kaine Horman said he suspects his wife, Terri Moulton Horman, to be involved in the June disappearance of Kyron Horman. He has filed for divorce and a restraining order against her.
Law enforcement officers have not publicly named a suspect, but investigators have focused on Terri Horman.
Kyron was last seen June 4 when his stepmother took him to school for a science fair. Terri Horman is the last person to have seen Kyron that morning.
In delaying the proceedings until Jan. 6, the judge said he had to weigh Terri Horman’s Fifth Amendment rights not to incriminate herself with Kaine Horman’s need for a quick resolution of child custody, parenting and financial matters.
The judge said he was convinced there was a “substantial overlap, at least in the relevancy of the evidence” in the pending civil divorce case and the ongoing criminal investigation into Kyron’s disappearance.
“Though it’s pre-indictment, Ms. Horman has very substantial legal risk in the dissolution case,” Meisenheimer said. “The highest interest in this whole proceeding is to try to find the child alive,” he added.
Both Hormans appeared in family law court for the first time since Kaine Horman filed for divorce in late June.
Terri Horman’s divorce attorney, Peter Bunch, told the judge he would advise her to invoke her Fifth Amendment rights if the proceedings were allowed to continue.
“Everything at issue in the divorce is fodder for the state in its forging of additional links in its evidence,” Bunch said. He would be at a major disadvantage because the state and police aren’t sharing their investigative material with him, he said.
Laura Rackner, Kaine Horman’s divorce lawyer, said her client needed a resolution to the issues in the divorce. She cautioned the proceeding could be delayed indefinitely, which would not provide stability for the couple’s children, Kyron and their daughter, 22-month old Kiara.
Kaine Horman has sole custody of the girl.
“In this case, we don’t even have an indictment, so we don’t even have a limit as to how long this can go on,” Rackner argued.
Kaine Horman filed for divorce June 28, two days after investigators informed him of an alleged murder-for-hire plot that his wife had discussed with a landscaper to kill him about six months before Kyron’s disappearance.
Kaine Horman’s attorney also had planned to argue for Terri Horman to disclose the source of her fees for her criminal defense attorney, Stephen Houze, but the matter was set aside after the judge delayed the divorce proceedings.

Kyron Horman case: Is Terri getting ready for a criminal case?

I’d like to preface the comments in this post with a reminder that Terri Horman has not been charged with anything, or even named as a suspect, in connection with Kyron Horman’s disappearance on June 4th of this year. And that’s a major point to keep in mind as we discuss the bizarre behavior of Terri, her criminal lawyer, and her civil lawyer in her divorce proceedings.
Terri Horman lawyered up some time ago. She got Stephen Houze, a hard-hitting, high-profile criminal attorney in Portland back near the end of June. The events that led to her getting Houze were:

• Repetitive interviews with law enforcement in which she had to change her timeline and possibly important elements of her story of her activities on June 4th. Terri stated herself in emails on June 5th that she had already been through 5 interviews in less than 24 hours after Kyron’s disappearance being reported. In these early emails we see that she began her account of that date with certain times at certain locations (including when she left Skyline) that she later, according to flyers released by MCSO, had to modify in order to fit with evidence obtained in the investigation.
  
• Flunking an initial polygraph within the first three days of the investigation.
  
• Walking out of a second polygraph within the first two weeks of the investigation.
  
• Flunking a third polygraph on the 26th of June.
  
• Being confronted by law enforcement concerning an alleged murder-for-hire attempt to off her husband, Kaine Horman.
  
• And losing all parental rights via a temporary court order which included a protective order disallowing her being near her toddler daughter, Kiara. This protective order was issued by the court in connection with the petition for divorce and an emergency protective order filed by Kaine on June 28th.
  

That’s when Terri got a lawyer. Not a family law lawyer at that time, as far as we know, but a criminal defense lawyer. Shortly after that we learned via a motion filed by Kaine to find Terri in contempt, that within days of Kaine moving out of the house with little Kiara and filing for divorce, Terri was sexting a man that allegedly had just come into her life. This man was Michael Cook, a high school friend of Kaine Horman, who had recently resurfaced and inserted himself into the Horman family right after Kyron’s disappearance was reported on local media. In addition to sexting with Michael Cook, Terri had shown Michael the protective order, which was in violation of court orders, and had also sent what was described as sexually graphic pictures via phone of herself. Kaine would later drop the contempt charges associated with this activity, stating he did not want to pursue them if doing so hindered Terri cooperating with the criminal investigation. Included in the text messages Terri sent Michael Cook was a claim of paying $350,000 to retain Stephen Houze.
Within a couple of weeks after June 26th, when Kaine and Kiara moved out of the Horman house, Terri moved in with her parents in Roseburg, Oregon. Since that time Terri has been described by Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office as not always being cooperative in the investigation, and it is unknown if she has been cooperative at all since obtaining legal representation. With the protective order in place, and no public statement that she has violated that order, we are left to assume she has not seen her baby girl, Kiara, since June 26th.
As stated up front, authorities have not officially named Terri a suspect in the disappearance of Kyron. But within weeks of obtaining Houze as her criminal attorney Houze himself explicitly stated she was. Now her family law attorney, Peter Bunch, in a hearing yesterday for the divorce proceedings, as much as stated she was as well. Bunch argued that he cannot properly represent Terri in the divorce at this time because he would have to advise her to take the 5th in any civil proceedings to prevent her incriminating herself in the criminal investigation into Kyron’s disappearance. But Bunch said more than this. He said he wants the portion of divorce proceedings dealing with custody and parental roles delayed by as much as 2 years.
In Bunch’s statements and filings yesterday he stated that Terri was willing to agree to an immediate divorce if the court would delay proceedings dealing with custody issues for 2 years. He followed up with a request that while he does not want to have hearings for a long-term custody agreement for this oddly LONG period of time, if the court would agree, Terri was asking that the current protective order be modified to allow her limited, supervised visitation periods with Kiara. In other words, Terri has told the court that she’s okay with not having any parental rights to Kiara short of limited supervised visits, for the next 2 years if the court will just NOT make her talk to defend why she should have more than that.
Terri Horman is okay with having a few hours of supervised visitation every once in a while for as long as 2 years if it means she can just continue to keep her mouth shut and refuse to assist in the investigation of Kyron’s whereabouts. Terri Horman is okay with her daughter being twice as old as she was the last time Terri truly was able to be her mother before she gets to be her mother again.
And then, Bunch (i.e. Terri) has the audacity to state that Kiara is Terri’s primary concern right now, and that Terri is her primary parent and therefore the court should do something that’s not real darned clear other than not make Terri talk…I’m just not sure what he was getting at there, but I am sure that right now Terri is not Kiara’s primary parent, and right now Kiara is not Terri’s primary concern. That part I’m real sure about. Apparently Kaine and his civil attorney feel the same way since they pointed out yesterday that nothing stated by Terri or her attorney pointed to putting the best interest of Kiara first.
So to summarize what happened yesterday…Terri offers up the next 2 years of her daughter’s development, of her daughter starting to talk, attend preschool, become potty-trained, and her daughter’s birthdays and all the “firsts” that come in the third and fourth year of her daughter’s life if the court will just grant her request to let her keep her mouth shut concerning what she knows about her missing 8-year-old stepson, Kyron Horman. It appears to me that Terri’s primary concern is getting ready for her criminal defense over the next 2 years.
The judge has set the next hearing in the divorce proceedings for January. The protective order stands. Three more months of no contact with Kiara…Terri gets that for her silence. The judge is reported to have had this to say:

The court recognizes Mr. Horman finds himself in middle of any parent’s nightmare, any human’s worst nightmare, and that is true by just the fact than his son has disappeared, but to add to that worst nightmare is that police came to him in June and informed him they had probable cause, that in their view it was more likely than not that Ms. Horman was likely involved in Kyron’s disappearance and she had hired someone to kill him.

Oh – and both Terri’s lawyers said she lied in her text to Michael Cook about how much money she had to pay to retain Houze. Oh well, no big deal, in the words of Cindy Anthony, a liar does not a murderer make.

PORTLAND, Ore. (CBS/KOIN/AP) Searchers returned to a Portland-area island for the second consecutive weekend looking for clues to the whereabouts of missing 8-year-old, Kyron Horman.
PICTURES: Kyron Horman Missing: New Photos This past weekend more than 100 people scoured Sauvie Island, about 15 miles outside of Portland, seeking evidence that may help find the second grader who disappeared five months ago.
The last person to report seeing Kyron is his stepmother, Terri Horman, who said she last saw him walking toward his classroom after a school science fair.
Despite rain, dozens of volunteers showed up again this weekend and dedicated their time to aid in the search. Sheriff's Office spokesperson Mary Lindstrand said the searching is not based on any new information, but, rather they are following up on leads from the very beginning of the investigation, reports CBS affiliate KOIN. Teams used string to grid off areas they already searched and while there were no specific focal points for the search, many people concentrated on a road that runs north-south on the large island. "The grid lines give them a line to follow so they know that the area inside the line has been searched," Lindstrand told KOIN." "It just gives them a straight place to start from." Most of the searchers worked on foot, but horses, canine units and ATVs were also used. Law officers would not indicate whether any significant clues were found as the weekend's search came to a halt Sunday evening. Authorities have offered a $50,000 reward for information leading to the missing boy. Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the Tip Line at 503-261-2847.

Sheriff gets $209,656 for Kyron Horman investigation

PORTLAND – The Multnomah County Board of Commissioners approved the sheriff’s request Thursday, for $209,656 to help pay for the Kyron Horman investigation.
The sheriff also outlined the scope of the new Kyron Horman task force in a report.

Sheriff Dan Staton's request came with a line-item description of where every dollar will go.
Last July, Staton had requested a larger sum of money – around $242,000 -- but then suddenly put that on hold. He said he wanted to table the request until October, and try to absorb the costs into his existing budget in the meantime.

Apparently that didn’t work, so the sheriff went before the county board once again on Thursday morning.
Each of the county commissioners was granted full access to all of the details of the investigation, in order to help them make their decision about the added funding.
"They know that I'm not wasting taxpayers' dollars. That this process has been thoroughly thought through. That I, as the sheriff, am being responsible to our public," Staton said, after Thursday's meeting.
Kyron has been missing since June 4 and the search that followed his disappearance was the largest ever in Oregon history. Most recently, search efforts have focused on Sauvie Island.
The sheriff told commissioners that he's hopeful investigators can wrap up the case by late January. He said he has four thick binders full of leads that are flourishing and developing in the case.

No suspects have been named in his disappearance but Kyron’s step-mother, Terry Moulton Horman has been under intense scrutiny from both police and Kyron’s parents, Kaine Horman and Desiree Young.

They had to of found Kyron, to even say they hope this will be over in 120 days.

When I remember them saying, we will think back to the beginning.
I keep remembering someone had said Kyron was found in the beginning on Sauvie Island and another searcher had told them to be quiet.

I haven't traced it yet, but I wonder if the searches they have been doing are in the same place as the beginning? I have not followed that path extensively.

Terri Moulton Horman is seeking regular and frequent contact with her 22-month-old daughter Kiara, whom she hasn't seen since her husband left the home with the girl June 26 and two days later filed for a restraining order and divorce.

In a motion filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court this week, Terri Horman's attorney Peter Bunch argues that his client is the primary caregiver for Kiara. He says he'll offer expert testimony about the importance of Kiara's well-being of maintaining a relationship with her mother.

Terri Horman "is not in a position at this time to testify on her own behalf in support of an award of custody and parenting time," her lawyer said, because of the ongoing criminal investigation into Kyron Horman's disappearance.

Kyron Horman, Terri Horman's stepson, has been missing for more than four months. He was last seen June 4 at Skyline School. His stepmom took him to school that morning for a science fair. He never made it to his classroom, but was not reported missing until he didn't arrive home by bus that afternoon.

While authorities have not named a suspect, investigators have intently focused on Terri Horman, the last person to have seen Kyron before he disappeared.

On June 26, Kyron's father, Kaine Horman, was informed by investigators they had learned that his wife late last year allegedly had approached a landscaper to kill her husband for money. That prompted Kaine Horman to remove Kiara from their Northwest Sheltered Nook Road house and move out immediately. Two days later, he filed for a restraining order against his wife, preventing her from any parenting time with her daughter.

Kaine Horman has since returned to the home, ordering his estranged wife out.

Bunch said that Kaine Horman has refused, despite repeated requests, to let Terri Horman see her daughter under any circumstances.

Yet, after the most recent court hearing in which a judge granted a 90-day delay in the divorce proceedings, Kaine Horman appears to be at least open to considering the idea of supervised parenting time for his estranged wife, the court documents say.

Bunch said he would also provide an expert who would testify that there are number of safety provisions the court could impose "to address any concerns that either the court or petitioner has as to Kiara's emotional and physical well-being."

Yet, if Kaine Horman insists on having someone professionally supervise his estranged wife's visits with her daughter, he should pay because Terri Horman is not employed and has no income or significant assets, Bunch argues.

Multnomah County Judge Keith Meisenheimer last week delayed divorce proceedings until Jan. 6. At last week's hearing, Bunch told the judge he'd be filing this motion to modify the restraining order, allowing for his client's visitation with her daughter. He also said he'd be seeking an expedited hearing on the matter.

I agree Oviedo, where's the 350K, if supposedly she didn't have to pay Houze this much according to Houze. Why can't she get a job?, she hasn't been named a suspect and is free to go as she pleases, and I thought she was getting unemploymen. Also, you can bet a million Kaine is using every dime for Kiara and Kyron. Why isn't she paying alimony and child support?

Also I was looking back from the first news of Kyron and almost all the live interviews of Kaine, Desiree are gone and many of the links that the wording was posted by all of us, have been changed.
Just a suggestion to keep the info true, try to post the words in the articles because they are being changed.

I was specifically browsing for the interview of Kaine and Desiree. Kaine spoke about where James was that day and James leaving at 9:00am Saturday June 5th. James bio dad said, James did not arrive at the Hormans house til Sat.(to stay a week) So definetly the camping trip was an untruth. However, I remember, (watched twice) Kaine saying, James was there Friday and left on 9am Saturday because of all the commotion with Kyron missing, they felt it better for James not to be there. Something about this is bugging me.
Another also, if anyone has doubts about Kaine's sincerity, just look back at the very first vids, Kaine was falling apart, he could hardly speak. Physically and emotionally, he was in shock, numb.

I just remember a couple of times in my life when each one of my parents passed. My body carried out the motions, but I was not even here. I couldn't focus or scream, just numb.

Couldn't agree more. One more step should be, that whoever-harms a child should be sterilized so that they can't ever have anymore. Don't care if it's their right or not, when you pick on a child your not even human, picking on somebody with no voice makes you the crap beneath the sludge.
