Every legal expert that I know of would not put Casey Anthony on the witness stand in her upcoming murder trial. However, Casey Anthony is not your normal murder defendant and her attorney Jose Baez is certainly not your run-of-the-mill lawyer either. While it goes against everything an attorney is taught in law school to put his or her client on the witness stand in a murder trial - I have a gut feeling that not only will Jose Baez put Casey Anthony on the stand during her trial, but she will relish the opportunity to showboat herself to the public - even though her life might depend on her answers.
