Salem, Ind., detectives are investigating the death of a 9-month-old child.According
to a news release, the Washington County Sheriff's Department called
Indiana State Police at about 11:30 a.m. Friday to assist in the death
investigation involving the child.ISP said the child was found in the early morning hours Friday at a home on Walnut Ridge Road.They also said no further information will be released until an autopsy is completed Saturday.
