HOPE LASHAE CALHOUN - 16 yo- Gate City/ Scott County VA

State police have issued an alert in an attempt to locate a 16-year-old girl from Scott County who is reported as missing and endangered.

Hope Lashae Calhoun was last seen on Tuesday morning at her high school
in Gate City, in the southwest corner of the state. According to the
state police alert, she is "believed to be in danger."

Calhoun is 5-foot-3 and 100 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. She
may be in the company of 18-year-old Alexander Clay Qualls, who is
5-foot-7 and 140 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes. They may be
traveling in a gold 1995 Buick four-door sedan with Virginia license plates XKA-2785.

'Endangered' Virginia teen found in L.A.; boyfriend arrested



A 16-year-old girl from southwestern Virginia, listed by state police as missing and endangered since she disappeared from her high school on Jan. 3, was found over the weekend in Los Angeles with her 18-year-old boyfriend, who was arrested.
