I'm sure when Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez showed up in court on Monday, he was hoping to pull another fast one on the prosecution and the judge. However, the days when Baez was allowed to pretty much get away with anything in court have thankfully passed. The headlines going into Monday's Casey Anthony court hearing were all about how Jose Baez was going to request that the court seal records about Casey Anthony's sex life and other assorted dysfunctional lifestyle choices before and after Caylee's murder. However, at the end of the day - it was Baez who had his hands slapped for not turning over required information to the prosecution.
