Casey Anthony: Judge says it will cost $350K to transport, feed and house jurors for eight week trial

During what seemed like a routine status conference in the Casey Anthony murder case Friday afternoon, Chief Judge Belvin Perry revealed the astronomic costs involved with seating a jury for the high-profile trial.

Perry said that it will cost a projected $350,000 to transport, feed and house the out-of-town jurors for a possible eight-week trial. Perry began Friday's conference in court with an understated pronouncement: "Jury selection will be different," he told the parties handling one of the nation's most-watched criminal cases.

He then proceeded to explain some of the ground rules for jury selection as the defense and prosecution teams and Casey Anthony all prepare for trial in May.
