"Baby Doe" - 2 Months/ Accused: Marquis Miller - Gastonia NC
A Gastonia man is charged with throwing a 2-month-old child against the headboard of a bed twice.
Channel 9’s newspaper partner, the Gaston Gazette, reported that police charged 22-year-old Marquis Miller with
intentional child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury on Wednesday.
Police said the incident happened at a home on Strong Box Lane Tuesday.
The infant suffered head injuries and a broken leg.Gastonia police said the man and child are related.
