ORLANDO, Fla. -- The civil case against Casey Anthony is moving forward as her murder trial gets ready to begin.

This week, lawyers for a Kissimmee woman named Zenaida Gonzales filed a list of expert witnesses they plan to use in their lawsuit.

Gonzalez claims Anthony ruined her reputation by claiming a babysitter of the same name kidnapped her daughter, Caylee.

The civil trial would not be held until after Anthony's first-degree murder trial. Jury selection in the murder trial is scheduled to begin May 9.
