Anthony's Attorneys Want To Depose EquuSearch Leader

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Attorneys for Casey Anthony want to depose the leader of Texas EquuSearch on Tuesday.
Anthony's attorneys said they'll ask for a contempt hearing if Tim Miller fails to show up for the deposition.
Texas EquuSearch is suing Anthony for $100,000 in search costs, claiming she lied to the search group by leading them to believe her daughter, Caylee Anthony, was alive when she knew she was dead.
"The unfortunate fact of this case is that Casey Anthony will one day -- if she has not already -- financially profit from this case in terms of a book deal, a movie deal, photographs, videos, and it may last as long as she lives," Texas EquuSearch attorney Mark Wites said.
