Judge Postpones Casey Civil Case Until Jan. 2013

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge decided on Tuesday to grant both sides a continuance in the civil trial against Casey Anthony.

The attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez and attorneys for Casey asked Judge Lisa Munyon to move the April 10 trial because of scheduling conflicts.

Munyon granted the motion and the trial is now set to begin on Jan. 2, 2013. The pretrial conference will be held in December.

Munyon kept the hearing scheduled for March 23 on the docket.
