Three orders were issued yesterday by Judge Belvin Perry in the Casey Anthony murder trial. They address three of the defense motions heard and argued in the Frye hearings just a few weeks ago. These particular issues concern the impression of a heart sticker seen by one FBI lab analyst on a piece of the duct tape recovered from Caylee’s skull, the “death hair” recovered from Casey’s trunk, and the cadaver dog searches conducted on Casey’s Pontiac and the Anthony family’s backyard. In all these issues the court denied the defense’s motion to exclude the evidence discussed.
