Jury selection for the Casey Anthony trial ended abruptly on Tuesday.

Judge Belvin Perry learned that the potential jurors he was going to question had talked about the case extensively among themselves. One of the potential jurors was a witness on the case.

"This potential juror, who is also a witness, started talking to other jurors about the case," WDBO expert legal analyst Sherri DeWitt said. "That could have potentially tainted the panel."

DeWitt said Judge Perry needed to eliminate that entire panel.
