On the third day of trial Casey Anthony’s old gal-pals, lays and party buddies continued to cross the stand as the state worked their way through anyone who could verify Casey’s activity and behavior during the month she didn’t tell a soul her daughter was dead – or in her original story, missing. Please note that while Baez and Mason continue to ask each witness if they know anything about how Caylee died, or if they were present when Caylee drowned, the State never asks this. Instead, the State asks each witness who spent time with Casey during that month if she expressed any concerns for her missing and/or kidnapped daughter. That’s because, despite the lunatic story Baez presented in his opening statement, the State is going to stick with the ONE official story Casey has given them of a nonexistent Zanny kidnapping her daughter, Caylee.
And there’s a real good reason why the State won’t bother with the theory presented in Baez’s opening statement. It’s laughable. KISS – keep it simple stupid (and, yes, I’m talking to you Baez). You forgot that cardinal rule, didn’t you, you ignorant baboon? Let’s look at what you had to work with and what you pissed away. Pretending that George really did see Casey and Caylee leave at about 1 pm on June 16th, 2008, Casey’s cell activity clearly supports that if she did leave, she returned shortly after George left for work around 3 pm.
