Yesterday began with Cindy Anthony back on the stand. The defense played the video taken in 2007 of Casey and Caylee playing in the living room floor. (Question for those who have followed – the whole video didn’t play did it??? Isn’t this the same video that if played longer shows Casey get upset with Caylee?) Defense’s reason for playing video was allegedly to show the shorts found with Caylee’s body, many believe it was really just to give Cindy and Casey an opportunity to cry and garner sympathy.

Cindy says the video was taken in April 2007. She says she can say that because of the date stamp and because she remembers she was wearing a skirt then that was out of date and she stopped wearing it right around then. This is amazing. On the night she reported Caylee kidnapped, she couldn’t remember the last time she saw her own granddaughter, but yesterday she could tell you when she stopped wearing a particular skirt.
