Man sentenced to 20 years in prison for killing infant son

A man convicted of fatally injuring his infant son — because he was annoyed by the baby's crying — was sentenced to about two decades in prison on Friday.

Marcos Soto, 30, pleaded no contest to a second-degree murder charge at an earlier hearing. As part of a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to drop child abuse and neglect charges.
