HANNAH LEOPOLD - 16 yo - Gettysburg PA

State police said they are looking for a
16-year-old girl who has not been seen or heard from since leaving
Gettysburg High School on Monday afternoon.

Hannah Michele Leopold may be in the company of Ronald Lee Raffensperger, police said in a news release.


Authorities do not know if Leopold is with Raffensperger willingly.

Police said Raffesnperger may be attempting to remove the girl from the area.

He was last seen operating a Black 2000 Honda Civic with a Pennsylvania license plate of HXT-6231.

There is an active arrest warrant for Raffensperger for an unrelated theft incident, police said.

Anyone sees or knows the location of Leopold or Raffensperger is asked to call state police in Gettysburg at 334-8111.

Missing Gettysburg teen found after 3-week search

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

A 16-year-old Gettysburg girl who went missing three weeks ago has been found in Kansas City, Missouri.

Hannah Michele Leopold was found over the
weekend, according to the Kansas City Police Department's Crimes
Against Children Unit, and arrangements were being made to return her
to Gettysburg.

Leopold went missing April 2 after leaving Gettysburg High School.

Authorities have confirmed she was with
47-year-old Ronald Lee Raffensperger, an Orrtanna man who was believed
to be in her company.

Raffensperger was arrested for an unrelated
theft charge, but Adams County District Attorney Shawn Wagner said
officials are still investigating his involvement with Leopold.

"The state police and
the district D.A.'s office will work with Children and Youth to determine if there
are any other issues that we need to look at in this case that may be
criminal," Wagner said.
