Circumstances: Cody was last seen on August 6, 2009. He may be in the company of an adult male relative. Cody was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and a black hat. Cody may be in need of medical attention.

A 15 year-old boy is missing from Perry, Florida and may be with an armed and dangerous man.

Police are looking for Cody Butler, who may be with his cousin Christopher Butler.

Cody has sandy brown hair, is 5-feet 5-five inches tall and weighs 135 pounds with hazel eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, dark colored jeans, and a black hat with a gold cross.

Christopher is described as 5-feet 9-inches tall, 160-pounds, with brown hair, and blue eyes.

A missing Taylor County teenager is found safe and sound, but now he and the man he was with are in hot water with the law.');
His days old disappearance is ending with a trip to jail.
Taylor County resident LaVern Lewis says she's ecstatic that her neighbor has
been found safe after being missing for four days, because her husband
sees 15-year-old Cody Butler as the son he never had.
Lewis said, "All he's done is sat here and cried and worry about Cody being
missing. I've been upset about it, too. We wanted to get out and help
do something but he's not able, so we just sat at home and prayed."
Deputies say search dogs tracked Butler down Monday morning deep in the Keaton Beach area near Jody Morgan Grade..
But, the teen isn't out of the woods, yet.
Investigators say he was with his 35-year-old cousin, Christopher Butler, and both
are being charged with several counts of burglary and theft.
Deputies say the two had been breaking into area fishing camps and living out of them, and stealing what food they could.
Authorities say Cody first went missing from his Fiddlers Way home Thursday.
Neighbor John Lewis says Cody always was willing to lend a helping hand.
Lewis said, "It was wonderful because I don't have anybody else. I shouldn't
say that; my wife, she'll do anything. It was just wonderful to have.
No matter what I want, he'd do it."
Deputies say Cody was found in good health and say at this time, there is no indication he was taken against his will.
Christopher Butler could face additional charges of contributing to the deliquency of a minor.
Deputies say they are still investigating why he was with the teen and why they were stealing and living out of fishing camps.

original missing child alert for 15-year-old Cody Butler has been
cancelled however, authorities tell WCTV that Butler and his cousin,
35-year-old Christopher Butler, are being charged with several counts
of burglary and theft.
