The RUDY Children - 4, 8, 10 yo - Port Orange/Deland FL
The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help finding three
children who were supposed to be turned over to state custody.
The sheriff’s office said that Ceili Rudy, 8, Darien Rudy, 4, and
Rainah Rudy, 10, have been missing since Monday when a judge ordered
them into state care. The children are believed to be with their
mother, Christina Brock, 38, who is facing drug charges and is a
suspect in several criminal investigations, police said.A former neighbor of the woman said she is worried for the children."Somebody
needs to help those kids. They are really in danger. Somebody is not
taking care of them the way they should be taken care of," Marge Alcorn
said.Alcorn said when Brock lived next door to her in Port Orange, the kids were often left by themselves."I was concerned about what was going to happen to these kids, just tiny little guys," Alcorn said. The sheriff’s office was brought in to assist in the search on Thursday.Deputies
said they are concerned for the children because of their mother’s drug
use and the fact that the two older children aren’t enrolled in school.Brock's friends said she would never hurt her kids, but they did admit the mother is dealing with some problems."The kids are her number one priority, besides the drugs. They are her number one priority," a friend said.In
2007, police said Brock pleaded no contest after being charged with
possession of methamphetamine. She also is expected to be arraigned
next month on charges of cocaine possession.Investigators said
they believe Brock has been buying large amounts of over-the-counter
medications used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.Brock and
the children recently moved out of their last known address on Cardinal
Boulevard in Port Orange, police said. They’ve also been spotted at a
storage facility on North Spring Garden Avenue in DeLand.Anyone
with information regarding the whereabouts of the children or Brock is
asked to call the sheriff's office at 386-736-5999.

Re: The RUDY Children - 4, 8, 10 yo - Port Orange/Deland FL
Volusia County investigators believe someone knows where Christina Brock, 38, and her three kids are. They just need a break in finding them before something bad happens.
The latest sighting of Brock and her kids was at the Comfort Inn off International Speedway Boulevard.Investigators got a tip Friday morning Brock was staying at the motel. By the time they got there, the family was gone.Investigators
also searched a nearby storage facility where the family was spotted earlier this week. But again, there was no sign Brock and her children. On
Monday, a judge ordered Brock to hand her kids, Ceili Rudy, 8; Darien Rudy, 4; and Rainah Rudy, 10 over to the Department of Children and
Families. Shortly after that, Brock went on the run.Brock's already facing drug charges, and is a suspect in a number of criminal investigations. Now it's believed she's buying supplies to make methamphetamine.DCF has been looking for the kids, but did not tell the sheriff's office until Thursday.A DCF manager told News 13 there is no set time period before law enforcement is called in and depends on each situation.Gary Davidson, a spokesman for the Sheriff’s Office, said the fact Brock has a head start should not hinder the search. The
manager of the motel said Brock and the kids were at the motel a few days, and stayed with a room full of people, he said.Investigators are counting on someone to help them get these kids to safety.Deputies have reason to believe Brock and the kids are still in the area. She may be relying on friends to move around. If you have any information, call the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office at (386) 736-5999.
