LYNDZEE WRIGHT - 17 yo /Developmentally Disabled - Champaign IL

A Vermillion County family clings to hope as they search for their missing daughter.

17 year old Lyndzee Wright disappeared from The Pavilion in Champaign last Friday.
Lyndzee’s mother, Teresa Hatchett, says Lyndzee was able to get out through an unlocked door.
Lyndzee suffers from developmental disabilities and functions at the level of a 6-8 year old.
She is on strong medications for seizures and other mental conditions.
Hatchett says abruptly stopping the meds can cause severe side effects- even be deadly.

Lyndzee is described as 5’9” with blue eyes and glasses. She was last seen in a white t-shirt and jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Champaign County Sheriff’s Department.

The search is over for a missing Central Illinois teen. Lyndzee Wright
was returned to the Pavilion in Champaign early this morning. The 17
year old ran away Friday.
Officers got a call saying the teen was
staying with someone she met in Champaign. Wright is on several
medications for seizures and mental conditions.
Her mother says the teen got out through an unlocked door at the rehabilitation center.
