So, how many of you noticed the absolutely adorable bow that Mr. Bradley did before he entered into the interior courtroom from the gallery? I hear that is the etiquette in Canada. His testimony was interesting and the jurors were taking a good amount of notes. I’m thinking by the reaction of the jury that if the defense’s tactics of badgering everyone on the State’s expert witness list as having some ulterior financial motive continues then the defense will continue to annoy the jury. They aren’t buying what Mason and Baez are trying to sell.
That everyone has a pony in this show except for poor little misunderstood Casey. They are all evildoers who saw a means to profit and jumped in. The defense wants us to believe that people like Mr. Bradley, who has decades of experience in law enforcement, in forensic IT, in developing computer software and training techniques that help law enforcement catch the REAL criminals, that volunteered their time and resources to help in finding out everything they could to find justice for a murdered child are really just fame whores who want to catch Casey’s rising star. THE JURY AIN’T BUYING IT BAEZ.
Quit looking in the gallery to see if your buddy Geraldo is watching you (he isn’t, hasn’t been since Wednesday the first week of trial) and pay more attention to the jury’s reactions to your incredible fairy tale. (Sorry rant over for this week) OH! Though the jury has been very good at remaining neutral and showing almost no reaction, when Bradley said that the chloroform sit had 84 different hits every single one of them looked up from their notes or whatever else they were looking at and looked at Bradley, then Linda and finally at Casey.
