Missing baby Lisa Irwin's parents could have another one of their children taken away from them, RadarOnline.com has learned, this time by the child's natural mother.
Blake Irwin's mom, Mrs. Rasleen Raim, has filed an “Emergency Motion for Temporary Custody” and “Motion to Modify Child Custody/Visitation” in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Liberty, Missouri, according to a letter released on Monday by her lawyer, Dorothy L. Savory.
The eight-year-old is the son of Jeremy Irwin, Lisa's dad, and Raim, who lost custody of him in 2008.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - NBC Action News has obtained new details from Kansas City police and the attorney for the Irwin family that establish a clearer timeline in the Baby Lisa mystery phone call.
The new information puts an exact time on the mystery call family attorneys say was made the night Lisa Irwin disappeared and explains a mystery call made at 8:30 reported by the receiving phone’s owner, Megan Wright.
Police say that 8:30 call was made after Lisa's disappearance by investigators.
“There’s no mystery on that one,” Police Capt. Steven Young said about the 8:30 call. “The 8:30 one, that was a detective calling that number. “
Previously Wright had said the mystery call was the call around 8:00.
In a Facebook message to me, she said that's what detectives told her.
""The only information I know is what police told me originally," Wright wrote. "8:00 p.m. Then it was 2:30 a.m. Now shortly before midnight.. Who freggin (sic) knows?!"
The family’s local attorney, John Picerno, said the authorities gave him times of the phone’s activity the night of the baby’s disappearance, Oct. 3 going into the early hours Oct. 4.
“That’s what we’ve been told by the FBI,” Picerno told NBC Action News.
New Phone Timeline
11:57 p.m. Call made from Deborah Bradley phone to Megan Wright Phone
3:17 a.m. Attempt to check voicemail and access Internet on Deborah Bradley’s phone
3:22 a.m. Second attempt to check voicemail and access Internet on Deborah Bradley’s phone
8:30 a.m. Police call Megan Wright’s phone.
Picerno said one of the phones taken from the Irwin home made a call to Megan Wright’s phone at 11:57 pm, Oct. 3.
The call went to Megan Wright’s phone. Wright and attorneys for the family say there is no relationship between Wright and the family.
Wright said she put her phone on a table that night for about five hours and told a group of friends she was living with they could use it.
“I was downstairs probably from 5:00 until midnight when I was looking for my phone again. Told everyone I was going downstairs,” Wright said. “Told them if they needed it, go ahead, feel free.”
She said police interviewed her, and a friend named Dane Oct. 4 after detectives called her phone pretending they wanted to buy a GPS device she was trying to sell.
Police say the man they don’t know the man’s whereabouts, but although they do want to talk with him again, he isn’t a suspect.
He said at 3:17 a.m. and 3:22 a.m. on Oct. 4, someone tried to access the voicemail and Internet on Deborah Bradley’s missing phone.
Wright says she, and the man she said had custody of the phone that night, did receive a call to that number from police.

Missing Baby Lisa Irwin: Family Moves Back into Home Where She Disappeared
Nov. 15, 2011
The family of missing Missouri 1-year-old Lisa Irwin are moving back into their family home today for the first time since a Lisa's Oct. 3 disappearance.
The family has maintained from the beginning that Lisa was abducted from her bedroom inside the home while her mother and brothers were asleep in another room. The family moved out of the house after the disappearance, and the home became the site of multiple police and FBI searches that included cadaver dogs and agents in hazmat suits.
Lisa's parents Deborah Bradley, 25, and Jeremy Irwin, 29, lived at the home with Lisa and her two step-brothers, ages 5 and 8, who were interviewed by an FBI child specialist last week. Authorities said the conversations with the boys went well, but that they did not make any significant discoveries.
Now, the biological mother of Lisa's 8-year-old half-brother Blake has filed an emergency motion for temporary custody of her son, according to ABC News' Kansas City affiliate KMBC. Blake is the son of Jeremy Irwin with a woman named Rasleen Raim, who lost custody of Blake in 2008.
KMBC reports that Raim said she is concerned about "her baby's" safety, comfort and peace of mind, according to a news release from her attorney Dorothy Savory. Savory did not respond to requests for comment.
On Friday, Lisa's first birthday, Bradley and Irwin's attorney held a news conference in which he claimed that police have indicated that Lisa's parents are suspects in her disappearance.
The police denied indicating to the parents that they are suspects, marking the latest round of sparring between the parents and police.
When asked if he thought police consider Lisa's parents suspects, criminal defense attorney John Picerno replied, "Absolutely. They've told them as much, Debbie in particular."
The Kansas City Police Department denied the claim that Bradley and Irwin are suspects.
"We don't have any suspects," Police Capt. Steve Young told ABCNews.com. "We still would like to speak to them again."
Police say Bradley and Irwin have not agreed to sit down separately for extensive police interviews since Oct. 8 and say there are still questions they would like answered from the couple. Authorities say the parents have responded to questions regarding specific tips or issues, but have not agreed to unrestricted questioning.
Meanwhile, the attorneys and private investigators working on behalf of the Irwin family are focusing on a mysterious phone call placed from one of the cell phones Bradley claims was stolen from her home while she slept the night Lisa disappeared.
A Kansas City woman named Megan Wright received a 50-second phone call from one of Deborah's missing cell phones around midnight the night Lisa disappeared. Wright told "Good Morning America" that she did not have the phone with her, know who answered it or know who was calling.
"This whole case hinges on who made that call and why," New York private investigator Bill Stanton told "Good Morning America." "We firmly believe that the person who had that cell phone also had Lisa."
A male witness who wished to remain anonymous told "GMA" that the person who answered the phone was a drifter named Dane who was living in a house Wright reportedly shared with other people.
"Every time I was up, I saw [Dane] on the phone, hunched in the corner, being very secretive," the witness said. "I would say Dane did not do anything to that baby. But as for him covering up something for a friend, that's a whole different story."
The Kansas City Police Department insists that while they are looking into the tip, it just one among more than 1,000 other tips. Police say that while they would like to speak to Dane, his significance is "minimal" and he is not a person of interest.

Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley arrived with their New York attorney Joe Tacopina and New York private investigator Bill Stanton. They said nothing to reporters waiting outside.
"(This is) really in the best interests of the children, to try and put their world back together as best they can," Tacopina said. "Walking back into that house without Lisa was very tough for them."
He said Bradley didn't have any answers about what happened to her daughter and if she did, she would be telling everyone.
Neighbor Vickie Nichols said it's nice to have them back.
"I think it's a good thing. I mean, you have to get on with your lives," she said. "I know it's going to be hard. (They'll see) pictures. Everywhere they look, they'll probably see Lisa."

Further, I was of the belief that none of the phones were working due to unpaid bills.
The detectives, I am sure, have already hit a dead end on this road.

New plea from mom of brother of missing KC baby

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - The mother of the half-brother of a missing Kansas City baby wants photos of her 8-year-old son removed from websites during the investigation.
Rasleen Raim's attorney made the request in a written statement Wednesday. Her son is the half-brother of Lisa Irwin, who has been missing since Oct. 4. Attorney Dorothy L. Savory didn't elaborate on the request.
Earlier this week, Savory said her client was filing an emergency motion for temporary custody. The boy lives with his father, Jeremy Irwin. He and his wife, Deborah Bradley, told police their baby daughter was taken from their home while she slept.
The couple's attorney, Joe Tacopina, said Raim hasn't seen the boy for six years despite a court order allowing visits. He says the custody request will be challenged.

Baby Lisa lawyers spar over custody battle for missing baby's older half brother

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - New York attorney Joe Tacopina said the mother of Baby Lisa's half brother abandoned the boy and called her attorney's custody claims "outrageous" and "fictional."
"The application is outrageous and will be vigorously challenged by the Irwin family," Tacopina wrote.
Monday, the attorney representing Raseleen Raim issued a statement saying the mother is "concerned about her baby’s safety, comfort and peace of mind."
Attorney Dorothy Savory filed a motion at the Clay County Courthouse to remove custody from Jeremy Irwin.
"That statement is comprised of very touching words written by a lawyer but are fictional when it comes to this woman and the 8 year old boy she abandoned," Tacopina wrote. Mrs. Raim hasn't seen her son, who she claims to care so much about, for six years, despite a court order allowing visits.
"Further expressing her concern for her son, she hasn't paid court ordered child support to help Blake," Tacopina wrote. "Of course those facts were absent from the lawyer's statement."

Re: LISA IRWIN - 10 months (2011) - Kansas City MO
Wednesday, November 16, 2011The Baby Lisa Case: More
Information, More Questions
The more information that comes out about the Lisa Irwin missing baby case, the more questions that come up. And I mean on all sides of the argument. There are a lot of questions I have this morning that I would like to have the answers to so this could all in some way make sense.
First, to set the record straight, ABC’s website (http://abcnews.go.com/US/missing-baby-lisa-irwin-family-moving-back-home/story?id=14955776#.TsPKq1ZqyCgb) is indicating that “a male witness who wished to remain anonymous told ‘GMA’ that the person who answered the phone was a drifter named Dane who was living in a house Wright reportedly shared with other people.” That is inaccurate.
The video GMA, or Good Morning America, showed with that individual was taken from a news story that aired on Fox4 in Kansas City starting Sunday night. After blogging last week about this source, I drove him to the Fox4 studios Sunday afternoon to speak with reporter Dave Dunn. To be clear, the reason for the nondisclosure of the source’s name is that they do not wish the series of follow-up queries from reporters. They do not desire the spotlight, but they do want to help. The source told Dunn before we started the interview that he was only doing this once. As we left the studios, Dave asked him how to reach him for anything he may want to follow up on. The source pointed at me and told him, “You go through him. He knows how to reach me.”
Now, on to the questions that continue to surface. As I mentioned, there are a lot of unanswered questions from several directions. In asking, I am not at all being accusatory, I am saying there are holes that need to be filled in.
First, I have reached out to Megan Wright in hopes that she can clarify this for me. Megan initially indicated that she did not know who was using her cell phone that night. Then, she told me that her roommates told her it was Dane. Setting the scene for that night, Megan told me she was downstairs where she slept clipping coupons with Dane’s girlfriend and an ex-boyfriend (not Jersey). So, if there are two married couples and Dane in the house and one of the married couples have their own cell phone, it pretty much narrows down it had to be one of three other people. However, there were a couple of young men from across the street and down the block that had visited briefly that night. Them aside, if you want to know who is using your cell phone, it should not be hard to figure out. It is either the husband or wife of one of the married couples or Dane.
Megan cleared that up in a conversation we had this morning. By the way, aside from Facebook queries, Megan tells me since my blog and discussion with her last week, the only formal questions she have answered have come from me or CNN’s Jim Spellman.
Rugen: First, I think you said initially that you didn’t know who was using your phone that night? Then you said roommates told you it was Dane?
Wright: Right. Then, after talking to people in the house that were upstairs that night I was told that Dane had it all night.
Rugen: When did you discover it was Dane?
Wright: About a week into the investigation.
Rugen: A week after Lisa was gone?
Wright: Yes. Around then.
Rugen: Okay, and why so long?
Wright: No one said anything about it until then. I don't know why really. Not for a lack of me asking.
Rugen: And why did you check your call log that night? What prompted that?
Wright: I was trying to see if I had missed any calls or messages, which happened a lot considering I left my phone unattended for so long so frequently.
Rugen: Because you were clipping coupons and you left the phone upstairs to share?
Wright: Yes. I was downstairs visiting with (Dane’s girlfriend), who I had just met, and (an ex-boyfriend (Not Jersey)), who was at the house to visit me. And we were listening to music, talking, getting to know each other and clipping coupons.
Rugen: There were a couple of young men from across the street and down the block that were there too?
Wright: He was there for just a brief time that night. He was helping his sister move furniture with their family. His friend popped in for a while then left I guess. He might have lingered upstairs, but from what he told me, he went home shortly after going upstairs.
Now, why was Megan’s number called? It had to be from someone, obviously, who had her number. We are told there was an 11:57pm call from Deborah Bradley’s phone to Megan’s phone that did not go through. Who made the call? Regardless of who was using Megan’s phone, who was the call intended for? Was someone trying to reach Dane, Megan, or Jersey, not knowing that he and Megan broke up a week earlier? Was the number programmed into Deborah’s phone or was it memorized by who ever made the call?
Keeping in mind at this point, Jersey had not been seen around the Wright household for the week preceding. In the days following, I am told he only came around once, reportedly driving into the yard in a stolen minivan looking for Megan. One of the roommates then reportedly chased him off.
On to that 11:57pm phone call from Bradley’s phone to Megan’s, it was not a random phone number, logic tells us that. Whether it was “butt-dialed” or purposely dialed, who ever dialed it knew that phone number. Why would someone be so stupid to take a baby, then call Megan Wright’s number knowing that they just implicated someone on the other end to a crime thus leaving evidence?
Going with the theory that someone abducted Lisa and made that phone call to Wright’s phone at 11:57pm, then there was an alleged eyewitness account by a couple living near the home between 12:15 and 12:30am, what was that person doing for the minimum of 18 minutes after using the cell phone considering the close proximity of the “eyewitness”? Granted, the phone call did not have to be made from the Bradley home, but if you consider the eyewitness to be credible, you surely would not be going back and forth down the street during that time.
There was a news report last week that there were cell phone pings around 1/3 of a mile away. That means it was a 2/3 mile radius from the ping. If you go in one direction from the Bradley/Irwin home, the dumpster is within that radius. In another direction, the creek that runs behind the house is within the range. However, again, if the phone was in this person’s possession at 11:57pm, the dumpster fire did not occur for another couple of hours.
While we are on the cell phone, the pings dropped off sometime 3:22am or after. So, between this time and 4am or earlier when Jeremy got home, someone attempted to access internet and voice mail from Bradley’s phone. Why? Whether you be Bradley or an abductor, depending on the version you believe, why? What are you looking for on the internet? Why would anybody besides Bradley care about her voice mail? Unless, you have her phone since around midnight and you have a missed call and you think the person on the other end was stupid enough to leave you, the abductor, a message.
By the way, remember the recent interview with the Deborah's father who loaned his cell phone, the one in question, to Deborah. He described it as a "plain jane" phone. Is it not so "plain jane" that it had internet capabilities?
What causes a cell phone to stop pinging? Either you remove the battery or you submerge it water or you set afire.
Regarding the cadaver dogs, I am not going to pretend to be an expert. But the cadaver dog “hit” is my stumbling block toward believing that there was not an accident in the home that night. From those I speak with, that cadaver dog hit is valuable.
I am told that when it is said that a cadaver dog has a xx% accuracy, that does not mean that when they do hit it is questionable. That means that there is an xx% chance they may miss their hit if the handler does not guide them where the scent is. In other words, if you are in a room and you are wearing perfume and have only been in one corner of the room, the dog would have to be taken to that location in the room where you were as opposed to not being led there. But when the dog arrives, the hit occurs.
Exploring the possibility of an abduction, how would the potential abductor know that Jeremy would not be there that night and Deborah would be so out of it, they would go undetected? Did an abductor wait for the lights to go out and then get in the house with Deborah passed out? What would be their motive? Would they have blamed Deborah for something that happened in their life that they sought revenge for?
On to another angle, we know Jersey has been looked at. Both Megan Wright and her roommate told me last week that Jersey is the kind of guy who would try to turn a dime into a dollar. But if you question whether someone took the baby to sell, how do you find a baby buyer? You don’t go on Craig’s List to find someone who will buy a baby from you.
I ask these questions not to accuse anybody of anything. Honestly, I do not know what happened and I can see several different possibilities. However, there are a lot of questions like these that I would like the answers to, in a perfect world.

Prosecutor mum on grand jury in baby's disappearance

LIBERTY, MO (KCTV) -
Clay County's prosecutor declined to discuss the investigation into the disappearance of then 10-month-old Lisa Irwin.
Prosecutor Dan White had asked Clay County grand jurors to meet on the case in October. He subpoenaed local media outlets for raw materials, which the media outlets fought. The request was stayed.
White said Tuesday that he could not discuss specifics of the case, but he said Clay County does not call special grand juries. He said the county always has a grand jury meeting to consider matters, such as the recent indictment of a Catholic priest accused of possessing child pornography.
Jeremy Irwin called 911 about 4 a.m. Oct. 4 to say his daughter had been snatched from her crib while sleeping. The baby's mother, Debbie Bradley, initially said she last saw her daughter around 10:30 p.m. but later said she had drank up to 10 glasses of wine, passed out and last saw her daughter about 6:30 p.m. Oct. 3.
The couple said their three cell phones were taken by the kidnapper. Bradley's cell phone made a call at 11:57 p.m. Oct. 3. Megan Wright owns the cell phone but says she did not have the cell phone at the time the call was made.
Bradley has said she expects to be arrested in the case, but representatives for the couple have thrown suspicion on several people who had access to the cell phone that Bradley's dialed.
CNN recently reported that White's spokesman said it would be "years" before there are answers about Lisa's disappearance.
"There's no case," CNN quoted spokesman Jim Roberts as saying. "If it gets solved, it'll get solved years from now."
White said it was an offhand remark taken out of context by the reporter.
"That was a mischaracterization of what Mr. Roberts said," White said. "It was an offhanded comment he probably regrets at this time and wishes he hadn't made."
White said "no comment" when asked specific questions about the investigation and whether he believes an arrest will be made in connection with Lisa's disappearance.

Police Sergeant: 'Lisa Irwin is Probably Dead'
November 16, 2011 11:50 AM EST
After a month of looking for little baby Lisa Irwin, a former Kansas City police sergeant familiar with the case has spoken his professional thoughts on all of the evidence and few leads in the case. He believes that there is a very limited chance that the toddler is still alive after being missing for a month. Despite having hope for finding her alive, he thinks it will be a miracle to find her alive. "At this stage, I don't know. I doubt it. I doubt that she's still alive," David Bernard explains to KMBC News.
Bernard doesn't have insider information on the case since he retired right before Lisa Irwin was reported missing. He has, however, experience on dealing with missing children and uncooperative parents. "You can speculate on whether she was taken and abducted and whatever, but you can concentrate on what is probable, what most likely happened here, and see where that takes you," he explains.
The hope of finding little Lisa Irwin alive is diminishing; the parents have been less than cooperative and they are only giving the bare minimum in information to authorities. In addition to that, Megan Wright who is tied to the investigation through a cell phone call is giving contradicting statements to police.
Whether or not Lisa Irwin is alive is still questionable. People are hoping that someone took her and kept her alive, but investigators are starting to believe they should be looking for a corpse rather than a healthy baby.
At this point in time, do you think Lisa is dead or alive?

Dane, the man who was using Megan Wright's phone much of the evening the night Baby Lisa Irwin disappeared, was in Kansas City today. He returned to his former home and said he had been away on a hunting trip. The house member gave him the phone number of a KCPD detective telling him they wanted to ask him questions. He left. I then received a text advising me of this. On the way over to check on the ladies there to make sure everybody was okay, I called KCPD. Upon arrival, I suggested they call KCPD and they did.

Lisa Irwin: Man who had Megan Wright's phone shows back up at former home in KC
Kansas City Private Investigator Ron Rugen has been digging for the truth on what happened to missing baby Lisa Irwin from Kansas City over the last few week.
His fresh approach has given us an an interview with Megan Wright, the woman that owned the cell phone that received a 50-second phone call from baby Lisa Irwin's parent's cell phone.
Rugen also was instrumental in finding out the information from an anonymous source that a man named, Dane, had Megan Wright's cell phone that night when the 50-second phone call came in.
Now, Wednesday night, Rugen has found out that Dane, aka Dane Greathouse, has retuned to the house in KC that he had been staying in along with Megan Wright and several other people. Since the information came out that he was using Megan Wright's cell phone, many people have wanted to talk to him.

BABY LISA UPDATE: Mystery Phone Call to Megan Wright Reveals New Twists and Turns That Could Hurt Family’s Defense Fox News
snipped:
Yet another new detail has surfaced about the mystery phone call made from the phone of missing baby Lisa Irwin’s mother the night the one-year-old disappeared.
The call that was placed from Deborah Bradley’s phone at 11:57 p.m. to Megan Wright prompted the Irwin family’s defense attorney to claim the call could prove Lisa’s parents’ innocence. According to defense counsel, neither Bradley nor fiancee Jeremy Irwin had called Wright’s number before that night. Therefore, they claim evidence strongly suggested that it was an intruder who made the mysterious call.
However, revelations discovered by private investigator Ron Rugen may prove otherwise. After speaking to several eyewitnesses and people residing in Wright’s home at the time of Lisa’s disappearance, Wright had only had that particular phone and phone number for about a month before the baby vanished. Rugen says this could mean that her number changed when she got the new phone, in which case, phone records would fail to reflect whether or not Bradley or Irwin had correspondence with Wright on her preceding line.
So, what could this all mean in the case? Megyn gets answers.

Baby Lisa mystery phone man acknowledges having phone that received call from Irwin family cell

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - In his first comments, the Baby Lisa mystery phone man said he has “no connection” to the missing baby, but he and his father acknowledge he did have the phone that received a call from one of the missing Irwin phones.
Police have said he is not a suspect, so we are not identifying him by his last name.
“The truth will rise to the top,” the mystery phone man, Dane said. “I have no connection with Megan Wright or the missing child.”
The NBC Action News Investigators spoke to the man’s father on the family’s front porch and exchanged text messages by phone with Dane.
A woman with whom he was in a relationship accused the man of threatening to kill her in a restraining order issued in September.
“Every day I have been scared and terrified to go home at night,” the victim told the court in a written statement. He says he has nothing to lose and he’ll be satisfied once I’m dead.”
The man declined to answer follow up questions, specifically whether he answered the 11:57 p.m. call the night Baby Lisa disappeared.
“Every day I have been scared and terrified to go home at night,” the victim told the court in a written statement. "He says he has nothing to lose and he’ll be satisfied once I’m dead.”
“Sure he did have the phone, yeah,” said the man’s father in a brief exchange with the NBC Action News Investigators. “He was at the house (where the phone’s owner lived). I’ll give you that.”
Dane said he had been out of town hunting until yesterday, but had been interviewed by police before that.
“The police have contact with me and have so the whole past month,” Dane texted. “I just hope we can focus the important point of finding the missing child.”
“I used Megan’s cell phone to have my phone turned on and some rides lined up for the next days of moving into my new place,” Dane texted.
Megan Wright, the owner of the phone that received the call the night Baby Lisa disappeared, is Dane’s former roommate.
She had a onetime relationship with a handyman who worked in the neighborhood who is now in jail on unrelated charges.
Click here for our recent interview with Wright: http://www.nbcactionnews.com/dpp/news/region_missouri/northland/Kansas-City-woman-who-got-call-from-missing-Irwin-phone-wants-her-name-cleared-in-case
“Why don’t you investigate the girl, and her boyfriend,” Dane’s father said. “You guys are like taking this girl’s word for everything. “
“I’m just being thrown in a mix of people trying to push blame off of themselves to keep face,” Dane texted the NBC Action News Investigators. “It’s sad my name could be involved in something so heartbreaking.”
Dane declined to answer specific questions or to meet in person.
“I contacted the police and they said not to contact you,” Dane texted. “It only feeds the media frenzy of lies. I’m a good person who has been thrown in a mess of lies and finger pointing.”

I am posting Russ's facebook page and twitter page...as a resource...it seems this story is now drying up. CNN, NBC and all the other major networks have left town...but, this reporter is doing a good job in tyring to get the story going...he is a local reporter with a legit news org. The other good local source is Ron which I have previously given you.
Sadly, imo, if something doesn't break soon, I think this case will go the same way as too many of the others..ie Kyron/Haleigh. And, seems to be too many "characters" in this circus too...which is a problem for LE. I hope I am wrong.

Friday, November 18, 2011The Baby Lisa Irwin Investigation: Megan Wright Reacts to Dane
The information continues to trickle out about the events surrounding the disappearance of baby Lisa Irwin. Yesterday, Russ Ptacek, NBC Action News investigative reporter at KSHB-TV in Kansas City, spoke with the man who was reportedly on Megan Wright’s cell phone much of that tragic evening.
Dane spoke with Ptacek via text message and Dane’s father had a brief conversation with Ptacek face to face. If you missed that episode, here is the link to that exclusive story:
http://www.nbcactionnews.com/dpp/news/local_news/investigations/baby-lisa-mystery-phone-man-acknowledges-having-phone-that-received-call-from-irwin-family-cell
In the continuing saga of trying to keep our scorecards up to date, I spoke with Megan Wright this morning and shared Russ’ story with her. While speaking with me over internet instant messaging (remember her cell phone was confiscated by law enforcement), she discussed her reaction to Dane’s comments.
Rugen: What do you make of that? I thought somebody else had said that Dane was on the phone with his girlfriend that night but wasn’t she downstairs with you clipping coupons?
Wright: He was pissed at me for telling the police that he was the one who I was told had my phone all night. The last time I saw Dane, he glared at me before getting pissy and walking away.
She isn't his girlfriend, although she tried.
Rugen: Okay. So who is his girlfriend?
Wright: From what Dane said to me, she wanted a relationship, he wanted his baby momma back. Or the woman he was with before, the girl with the restraining order on him.
Rugen: So Dane had a baby with the woman who filed the restraining order against him?
Wright: I don’t think she was the mother of his child, but she had a child the same age that they raised together, while they were together, as I understood it. And Dane straight lied to Russ (Ptacek).
Rugen: The same age as whom? Which part of what Dane said was lies?
Wright: He used my phone to call his mom to try to get his phone turned back on, she told him to act like a grown up and get it done himself. I witnessed the conversation.; the same age as Dane's daughter.
Rugen: What time did he call his mom roughly?
Wright: Hell if I know, that boy had my phone more than I did.
Rugen: Any idea if it was early in the evening or after midnight or...?
Wright: A different day. TOTALLY DIFFERENT DAY.
Rugen: So, you are saying that he lied when he told Russ Ptacek he was trying to get his service on that night and that is not true?
Wright: It was not that night. He called his mother on a totally different day. Mid-morning, I'm not sure the date.
Rugen: Before or after Baby Lisa's disappearance?
Wright: After, if I remember correctly.
Rugen: One of your former roommates tell me that the day after the disappearance the FBI called your cell, Dane answered, and gave them a fake name? Do you know anything about that?
Wright: Yes. Dane mentioned it to me, and when I was downtown for my interrogation on the 8th, the detectives lied at first, saying that there was no phone call. Then, less than 5 hours later, told me that it was true. Apparently, they talked for over 20 minutes, Dane gave them a fake name and thought the whole thing was a joke.
Rugen: Did Dane ever go downtown to talk to law enforcement?
Wright: Not that I was ever aware of, but I haven't talked to him since the day law enforcement talked to him in the yard. He left late that night, and I stayed away from him because he was constantly glaring at me.
Rugen: And what day was that.
Wright: On the second or third time the police came to the house. Close to the (October)12th or 14th, if I had to ball park it.
Rugen: Okay. Can I ask you a few things about Jersey? When did you all break up again? I'm unclear.
Wright: About a week and a half before Lisa went missing.
Rugen: Okay, so when is the last time you saw Jersey or heard from him? Anytime after that? A next door neighbor, said Jersey came over once, got mad and left on a bicycle yelling at you and fell off the bike.
Wright: That was the day we broke up. I chased him out of the house and he jumped on his bike and fell on his face in the middle of the street, not even 10 feet from the driveway. I laughed my ass off. I giggled and screamed "karma is a bitch, and it didn't even take that long this time" as he got back on his bike and left.
Rugen: And you did not hear from him or see him after that?
Wright: Like I told you before, he walked up the street about a week later. People in the house let him in. I went to my room (upstairs at the time) and locked myself in. Jersey ended up getting into a fight with my buddy from down the street. Jersey was forced to leave, and I came out of my room. Jersey had tried talking to me, but I could see that he was drunk and belligerent and didn't want to deal with him. That's why I locked myself in.
Rugen: Then he tried to see you a few days after Lisa disappeared, arriving in what he claimed was a stolen minivan driving it in the yard, but your roommates at the time chased him away?
Wright: From what I was told, he pulled up into the yard, almost hitting the porch, and no one recognized Jersey at first. Then a friend of mine realized who it was, told a former roommate, and they came downstairs to let me know that Jersey was there. I ran upstairs only to find out that he had been chased away before I got there.
Rugen: Do you know if Jersey knows Dane or if they have ever met?
Wright: To my knowledge, they never met while Jersey and I were together, or at the house I was living at, or since then. But I don't know everything about either of them.
Rugen: Did Jersey have a friendship with anybody else who would have been at the house that night besides you?
Wright: Not that I was aware of. Jersey had just met the home owners when he had come to visit me from the release center.
Rugen: Release center?
Wright: The halfway house on Mulberry street.
Rugen: What was he there for?
Wright: He was supposed to be there (not sure the charge) before he met me. He left one day and ended up getting arrested for absconding, and was taken back about three months into our relationship.
Rugen: And he met you when again?
Wright: I met Jersey toward the end of March. We started dating the beginning of April.
Rugen: Okay. And did he live for a period of time in the abandoned house that had the well behind it that authorities searched?
Wright: Not while we were together; possibly after we broke up.
Rugen: You have seen and heard so much these last few weeks, any gut instinct or guess as to what you think could have happened that night?
Wright: I'm still trying not to speculate. I want to stick to just facts. I have my ideas, but I'm keeping them to myself.
Rugen: Do those ideas involve Jersey? Any gut feeling that Dane may have just been the unlucky guy using your phone that night when someone tried to call your number
?
Wright: I'd rather not hint at my speculations. I won't even tell the guy I’m seeing now!
Rugen: Has anybody from the Bradley/Irwin family, Stanton, or Tacopina, visited with you about what you know?
Wright: If I had any information, believe me, I'd put it on blast. I'm not in this for money. Just wanting to do anything and everything in my power to help.
Nope. Short and Short. That's about it
.
Rugen: Cyndy Short, or a detective for them?
Wright: Cyndy Short and her sister Mary K.
Rugen: Is her sister Mary an attorney?
Wright: I spoke with Mary K many times, and she brought her sister, Cyndy the last time I spoke with her in person.
Rugen: When was that?
Wright: I'm not sure. I'll check her business card. Be right back…
"Mary K. Poirier. Mitigation Specialist. The McCallister Law Firm, P.C."
That was a few days before moving out of the house.
Rugen: Are you sure about the date on that? Because wasn't Cyndy Short no longer representing the family a few weeks before you moved out? Didn’t you move out last week?
Wright: Yes, they were still working, even though they were not on the investigation any more.
Rugen: Did they say why?
Wright: It was the right thing to do.
Rugen: And remind me again when you moved out of that house?
Wright: Just a second, I'll look up the date.
Sunday, the 6th this month. That evening. I stayed with a friend until Thursday, when I moved to Springfield.
Rugen: By the way, do you know if Jersey knows or ever met James Brando?
Wright: Not that he ever mentioned.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City police are now looking into rumors a new witness may have heard a handyman bragging about a $300 payment to steal Baby Lisa.
An attorney for the Baby Lisa Irwin family said the Irwin team has spoken with a teen who claims she heard the statement from a male friend, but they haven't spoken to the man.
"We're looking for him," Kansas City attorney John Picerno said in an email to NBC Action News about the man who may have heard the statement.
Picerno said he had spoken to a teenage girl who claims a friend told her he heard a neighborhood handyman brag about the incident.
"We heard about it and are checking into it, just like we have on all leads," said Kansas City Police Capt. Steven Young.
The handyman, known as Jersey, has been in police custody since shortly after the disappearance of Baby Lisa on unrelated charges.
Neighbors said he was a regular in the neighborhood prior to the disappearance.
The woman whose phone received a call from one of the cells stolen from the Irwin home, Megan Wright, said she had dated Jersey shortly before the disappearance.
Police have repeatedly said he is not a suspect.
Lisa Irwin was reported missing on Oct. 4, 2011.

$300 Baby Lisa kidnap rumor denied by teen who supposedly implicated handyman in disappearance

A teen located by the NBC Action News Investigators denies ever saying a neighborhood handyman "bragged" about a $300 payday for kidnapping Baby Lisa Irwin.
"No," said the teen. "I haven’t seen him since like September 11 th.
In a story published Friday, an attorney for the Irwin family said he was trying to track a teen who supposedly claimed a neighborhood handyman told him he'd been paid to take the infant.
See Friday's story here: http://www.nbcactionnews.com/dpp/news/local_news/investigations/KCPD-is-checking-into-rumor-handyman-bragged-about-300-Baby-Lisa-theft
The NBC Action News Investigators found the 17-year-old as he was about to go to work as a dishwasher at a Kansas City restaurant.
In the restaurant parking lot he denied ever saying the handyman told him anything about events surrounding the Oct. 4th disappearance of Baby Lisa.
He acknowledged discussing the possibility the Irwin neighborhood handyman named Jersey could be involved.
"I told someone, I was like (expletive), Jersey was the kind of person where you could say here, here’s $300, take care of this baby, and he would have done it," he said. "That’s all I’ve said. I haven’t seen Jersey since weeks before all this happened actually."
The handyman could not be located for a couple weeks after the infant's disappearance.
Police have said he is not a suspect and is currently jailed on unrelated charges.
Kansas City attorney John Picerno responded to our e-mail inquiry saying, "I'm on vacation out of town."
Private investigator Bill Stanton said he had not spoken to the witness himself, and wasn't sure whether the Irwin legal team had interviewed the teen.
"Well, they might have, they may have," Stanton said. "I'm not sure, but then again. It's the press that makes the headlines."
"Until there's further investigation, I'm going to take him at his word," Stanton said. "I met his alleged girlfriend and she and her mother were giving this information. While it's interesting, it may be people who are over zealous."
