Yes, it does IMO Twink. I was searching WS to see if I could find a pic of the convenience and jewelry store as one of their members went there and took heaps of photo's, bless them. And when I saw the comments sttributed to the jewelry store owner, albiet second had, I thought Mmmm, if he was in fact trying to make Lindsey out to be a little you know what, that's a very strange thing for a bloke to do when a little 10 year old girl was missing and I wondered if he was trying to justify himself - in a backward sort of way.
All this has to be taken as gossip, but still pretty interesting IMO.

I can't think of any other reason for him to be bad mouthing her and her family. Did this only come out after the pic was released?

WTH didn't they release the pic in June of 2008? Very strange to me.

My God, this little girl was only ten years old. Every measure should have been taken.

Three years since Lindsey Baum disappeared in McCleary

It's been three years since Lindsey Baum disappeared while
walking home from a friend's house in McCleary and
according to police, there are still people out there who
saw her before she disappeared.
"We have video evidence of their existence, that we know
were in McCleary, right around the time that Lindsay
disappeared," said Grays Harbor County Undersheriff Rick
Scott. "We'd still love to talk to them - people that were
coming or going from their car."

Repeated searches have found no sign of the girl who was
10-years-old when she was last seen on June 26, 2009.

While the urgency and intensity of the investigation has
diminished somewhat in the Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office,
they said their commitment has not.

Scott said they continue to work on information that was
developed early in the investigation, and sometimes that
leads to new possibilities or witnesses.

The disappearance received national attention and remains
under investigation by the Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office,
Washington State Patrol, and FBI.

In addition to following older developments, Scott said
officers will get tips from psychics. "A lot of times it
will turn out to be something that was sent to us from
somebody professing to have some paranormal abilities."

Lindsey's 14th birthday is July 7.
