I knew it , I knew it, I knew it. They say he wouldnt walk off w/ a stranger, and if someone physically picked him up and took him, and he was IN THE SCHOOL like Terri said he was. SOMEONE would have seen the struggle. So it was obviously someone he knew and that the school didnt feel uncomfortable having there. And Terri admitted herself she was the LAST ONE TO SEE HIM. Ugh I'm so angry right now. I don't understand why ppl would do this to their children. Im not putting blame, this is IMO. But I strongly feel that Terri had SOMETHING to do w it.

well that press conf didn't give us much info - LE confirming a body wasn't found - and that the truck towed was not part of their investigation - and they need people to call in any sightings of terri, kyron, or the truck on friday june 4. no confirmation about cell phone pings on sauvie island - but there had to be cell phone records pulled - and they have to know where she was based on her cell phone pings - we know she updated fb and we know when, and they now know as well. so i do believe they must be investigating her without bringing it out in the open - we still don't know if any search warrants have been issued. i would hope they have at least gone through her vehicles even if it is to say, nothing was found - why haven't they cleared the family yet? i think it is because they know more than they are letting on - JMHO

Captain Jason Gates Statement 06-18-10
First, we want to dispel any rumors that Kyron has been located. He has not yet been found and we ask the community to continue looking. Kyron, we are still looking for you.
These erroneous reports have come through the social media. We ask the professional media to please continue to verify information with our PIO Lt. Mary Lindstrand before releasing. We don’t want false rumors to harm our investigation efforts and they are harmful to Kyron’s family as well.
The search continues and the investigation is continuing on several fronts.
I cannot comment on specifics but Can say that our detectives and searchers are continuing to follow-up on many leads to include establishing and verifying information relating to Kyron’s activities prior to his disappearance
As reported in the press conference on June 14 we are initiating a second canvas of everyone who was at Skyline School on June 4 in order to ensure that we reach every person who was present on that day:
Detectives work in this case is exhaustive and they, along with Kyron’s family, are asking for the community’s assistance regarding anyone who saw not only Kyron, but also who may have seen Terri Horman and/or the truck she was driving that morning. Terri is the last person known to have seen him before he disappeared.
Statement from Kyron Horman's Family
It has been two weeks since our son, Kyron, disappeared. For the last 14 days we haven’t been able to talk to him, see him playing around the house, or tuck him in bed. Any parent would understand the grief this has caused our family.
We are so grateful for the support and work of the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office as well as the hundreds of searchers, police officers and FBI for what they have done during the last two weeks. They have never met Kyron but we know that this has been very tough on them also.
To Kyron’s teachers and classmates, as well as the media and the community, thank you for your support in trying to find Kyron. Your interest and help is overwhelming.
We are sorry that we aren’t there today to stand with investigators, but please know that we fully support the release of this flyer. We want Kyron home and we hope this will help do that.
Father’s Day is Sunday. For the first time in seven years, we will not have Kyron around to hug and talk to. It hurts us deeply and our hearts are broken.
Please help bring Kyron home.

Interesting spin by the AP in its latest national bulletin... "The Woman is not a fugitive"
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Detectives investigating the June 4 disappearance of a Portland boy from his school are focusing on the child's stepmother by distributing a flier Friday showing her picture and asking if anyone saw her at the school that day.
The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office also wants to hear from anyone who saw Terri Moulton Horman's pickup near Skyline School. The woman is not a fugitive and last week appeared at a news conference with the boy's father to appeal for help in finding the 7-year-old http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/...Yzk3AD9GDUBBO0

Though she has taken a polygraph test she has been asked
again to go through the same test today Saturday 19 June 2010.
A close friend to Terri Horman told the media that she has been asked
to appear for another polygraph test. Photos of Terri Horman along
with the pickup which was being driven by her on the day when her

One of the long-time friends of Terri Horman said while talking to

frustrated on this issue. She further added and said that though she has
gone through one polygraph test but she has been asked to take another

Exactly!! Gotta love it when a child goes missing and the family is questioned--they always act like it's an imposition on their lives, TFB. Correct me if I'm wrong but, to me it seems that LE has wasted a lot of time, they should have been taking the truck a long time ago and giving polygraphs a long time ago.

Kyron Horman News and Case Update – Kyron’s Stepmother Under Scrutiny
June 19th, 2010
Kyron Horman News and Case Update – Kyron’s Stepmother Under Scrutiny. Kyron Horman is still missing over two weeks after he went missing from his school in Oregon. His stepmother claims that she seen him at 8:45 am on June 4th as he was walking towards his classroom 150 feet away. That’s the last time anyone has seen him alive.
Two weeks later, and this missing persons case has turned into a criminal investigation. Authorities have put out flyers, and they seem to target his stepmother, raising a lot of eyebrows.
The flyer asks if anyone has seen Kyron, and also asks if they had seen Terri Horman or her white Ford Truck on the day that the young boy went missing.
The focus of the investigation shifted to Mrs. Horman after her story about what she did on the day of his disappearance didn’t match her cell phone records. Due to cell phone records found, investigators have been combing bodies of water around the area that he went missing from.

http://thesop.org/story/opinion/2010/06/16/is-the-stepmother-to-kyron-horman-terri-moulton-horman-being-unfairly-targeted.php
These things were almost EXACTLY what I was thinking. Looks like nothing is adding up anymore
Another thing that I`ve learned, which seems to contradict what was said earlier, is that Terri Horman was the last person to see Kyron, when she waved goodbye to him at 8:45 AM. Supposedly, he walked towards his classroom. As far as the fact that another student saw him at 9:00 AM, this is apparently a mistake?
It would be nice if the falsehood of this sighting at 9:00 AM could be confirmed, but it`s impossible to get a confirmation from the police. Maybe they`re trying to trip someone up, and catch them lying with conflicting stories, but I can`t say? So it`s really just on the stepmother`s word that we know 8:45 AM to be the last time Kyron was actually seen.
If he was walking down the hall towards his classroom, you would think that someone else would have seen him? Classmates, maybe a teacher, perhaps school staff? But no one did. The only other confirmed person that saw Terri and Kyron together in front of his science exhibit at 8:15 AM, was Gina Zimmerman, president of the school PTA.
Another odd thing, is that homeroom didn`t begin until 10:00 AM. Therefore, when Terri let him off at 8:45 AM, Kyron would have an hour and a quarter to blow. In theory, if he was roaming around the halls and maybe popping into classrooms looking at other science exhibits, he would have been seen by many people. And yet he wasn`t?
Therefore, I believe that he disappeared after 8:45 and before 9 AM. Had he not vanished by then, someone would have positively identified him, after that time. This is only logical. As a result of his lack of sighting, I`m not entirely convinced of Terri`s version of events. If she saw him walking away only several yards from his destination, to the classroom door, how could he not make it there, and enter the door? At that point, someone would have spotted him.
And yet no one ever saw the child after 8:15 AM, except the stepmother. I`m not accusing her of anything. Terri may want to take a polygraph test to reaffirm her account of that morning of June 4th. I know that people are being cruel to her and accusing her of wrong doing. This is all the more reason to take a polygraph test, so that the focus of the investigation can veer away from the family.
One item of credibility where I would like to see more investigation, is the account of a neighbor to the elementary, Jim Kelley. On that Friday at around 3:00 PM. Kelley saw a white pick-up truck with a female [color:9d79=blue !important][color:9d79=blue !important]driver pull to the end of the road, idle and then turn around. Kelly thought this very odd, but it happened again at 2:00 AM Saturday. What was this lady in the white truck up to? Words of Kelly: That`s beyond rare. "
These things were almost EXACTLY what I was thinking. Looks like nothing is adding up anymore

Re: KYRON HORMAN - 7 yo - Portland OR
Multnomah County authorities are asking that Skyline School parents, teachers,
staff and anyone else who was at the school the day Kyron
Horman was last seen return to the school Sunday with completed
questionnaires about that day.
A police officer will be at Skyline School between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. to accept the questionnaires.
Investigators on Friday released the questionnaires
and fliers with photographs of Kyron; his stepmother, Terri
Moulton Horman; and a white pickup similar to one she drives. They
hope the images jog the memories of those who may have seen Kyron and
his stepmother June 4, the day the 7-year-old disappeared.
"The purpose of this is to get information that they might not have thought
about reporting before," said Lt. Mary Lindstrand, a Multnomah County Sheriff's spokesperson.
Kyron's stepmother has told authorities
the last time she saw the boy was 8:45 a.m. June 4; in the
questionnaire, authorities ask the Skyline community to recall what
happened between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. that day.
Lindstrand said Saturday that she could not recall a major criminal investigation in
which such questionnaires were used. She also did not know whether the
release of Kyron's photograph and those of his stepmother generated new
tips or leads for investigators.
She did say investigators "are not in a position to name any suspects at this time or persons of interest."
Clint Van Zandt, a former FBI profiler and
Virginia-based security consultant, said such questionnaires have been
used in other missing-persons cases nationally. He said they often are
used to "clarify the whereabouts of people during critical times in the
disappearance of a child."
He said investigators typically talk
with those closest to the victim to establish a timeline of their
activities around the time the victim was last seen.
"In this type of investigation, the authorities always have to eliminate family
members and the last person seen with the victim so they can move past
that," he said. "In this particular case, you have someone who basically
encompasses both."
Authorities have said that Terri Horman and
the rest of Kyron's family have cooperated with the investigation. The
family said in a statement released Friday that it supports release of
the flier in hopes that the additional photos will spark more tips in
the 2-week-old investigation.
