Desiree Young has shared with NBC news a
letter she's written to her 7-year-old son who has been missing
since June 4.

"I would give anything to run my fingers through your short hair
again," Young writes to her son, Kyron Horman. "I miss having you to hug
anytime I want. Nighttime is always hard for me. I miss you so much and
want you back here so that I can protect you from all of the horrible
things in this world. I just can’t believe that you aren’t still with
us."

Young lives in Southern Oregon with her husband, Medford police
Detective Tony Young. While she does not have physical custody of her
son, she and Young have cared for him every weekend or so.

Her letter is featured on this morning's "Today" show.

"I pray that you come back to me because I am afraid that I can’t live
without you," she writes. "I miss you every second of every day. I would
give my life for yours, I just want you back safe. You must come back to us."

IMO they are discounting the pta president and the boy - because they start the timeframe at 8am - plus, i think it is odd they want them to fill out the questionnaire even if they have already talked to law enforcement. so does that mean they have lost records and need to recreate them - or are they just bringing more pressure on her?

I think they have now centered the investigation on her and want to refine the questions . . . Either she wasn't at school, or they want to track her EVERY movement that morning.

I think that if I were his father that I would completely be in denile and would not want to even start to believe that my WIFE did it. I would have thought the biomom would have already been curious and angry at the SM but then again if you read that one article about the family, biomom and SM were really good friends before SM and dad were even married. She must be in denile too. Who would want to believe their best friend or spouse would do something so horrible? Unfortunately this is the case too much of the time, and it always being someone either in the family, or connected somehow.
