it very well could be- she sent him graphic sexual activity pics - maybe she confided in him - but i would think if that was true, we would have heard something by now. LE has interviewed him, and they have his work cell phone records.

it could be but the doc alleges sexual activity - that's really taking one for the team, IMO if it is true and he had ulterior motives in pursuing her. i just wonder how and when they met - he is kaines' friend from childhood? wonder if they were still friendly?

This is becoming confusing because Houze said that she would hire an additional attorney to handle her family matters, but now her family matters are on there way to being criminal matters.

So it was LE that gave Kaine the information on Terri releasing restricted information to Michael Cook.

In an interview with KGW on Monday, Cook admitted that he had used
his cell phone to photograph the sealed restraining order, and that he
had engaged in "sexting" with Terri Horman.

Cook also admitted having "inappropriate communication" with Terri

Ovi, you are right. That is disgusting to think about. Maybe he just led her on via the cell phone mostly. Why would anyone want to see Terri in compromising positions?

I am guessing that Kaine was not still in touch because he says that Terri did not know Michael Cook. Maybe Michael Cook contacted her.

So, we have this Michael Cook and the landscaper, has the name of the landscaper been released? Sounds kinda funny that Kaine said him and this Cook guy had just recently reconnected and TH is sexting him and confiding in him?? This is one strange story.

petitioner's atty reviewed the work cell phone records of cook - and LE interviewed him, so anything he knew, they should know now. wonder if he has an atty yet -

no on the landscaper's name - and kaine said in the doc that he didn't think th knew cook until after june 4.

It could be or maybe LE is following her every move. They probably have GPS on her car and check out everything she does.

Kaine Horman, who is living in an undisclosed location, has not

Cook helped organize the first vigil for Kyron and he has been seen coming and going from the Horman home.

Reached by phone Monday afternoon, Cook said he has not seen the
documents but based on what he’s been told, a lot of it is not true. He
said that since he’s been dragged into the high-profile case, he would
not comment about it until he consults an attorney.

Kaine Horman: High-School Friend Contacted Family After Kyron Disappeared, Then Started Affair

The stepmom of missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman started an affair with a high-school friend of Kyron’s father after the boy disappeared, according to a court document (PDF) filed today by Kyron’s dad.
Kaine Horman tells WW he hadn’t seen
Michael Cook since high school, but Cook contacted the family after
Kyron disappeared June 4. The two men went to high-school together in
Seattle.
“The first time I’ve seen him since then was when Kyron went missing,” Kaine Horman says.
Kaine Horman alleges in his filing in Multnomah County Circuit Court that his wife,Terri Moulton Horman,
started an affair with Cook around June 30. That was four days after
Kaine Horman left his home with the the couple’s 20-month-old daughter,
Kiara. Horman filed for divorce and a restraining order against Terri
Horman on June 28.
The document filed today alleges Terri Horman began “sexting” with
Cook, Kaine Horman’s high-school friend — sending hundreds of text
messages and photos of herself “in various stages of undress and
graphic sexual activity.” The document says that based on statements
from law enforcement, Kaine Horman believes the relationship involved
“sexual activity.”
The document asks Judge Keith Meisenheimer to find Terri Moulton
Horman in contempt of court for showing a copy of Kaine Horman’s
application for a restraining order to Cook, including his listed
address. The document says Terri Horman was under orders not to do so.
The document also says Terri Horman contacted the gym where Kaine
Horman works out, in an alleged attempt to “abduct” Kiara from the
gym’s daycare center. A manager at the gym informed law enforcement of
those efforts, the document says.

I sure home this Cook character isn't trying to buddy-up to Kaine now. I just don't understand any of it, who in their right mind could even think of sex when their child is missing?? Working to bring Kyron home while screwing the stepmother, the last person to see the child your trying to find. FF nuts is what these people are.

Wow, she sure seems concerned about getting Kyron back and losing her daughter. NOT. She is so angry about the court documents that she shows them to this guy, but she does not dispute them with the court. She sure is going to be a tough nut to crack for LE. Someone this twisted is not going to break down easily and reveal the truth.
