video images that may have been recorded from store fronts, private residences,
security or any other surveillance recording for June 3, 2010 and June 4 2010
to add to current video collected in the continuing search for Kyron Horman.
Video is sought specifically of vehicular traffic from the following locations:


NW Cornelius Pass Rd, NW Germantown Rd, NW Logie Trail Rd,
NW Rocky Point Rd, NW Skyline Rd, NW 185^th Ave, NW West Union Rd, NW
Springville Rd, Bethany Blvd, NW Springville Rd, NW Newberry Rd, NW McNamee Rd,
Highway 30 from NW Rock Point to NW Germantown Rd, NW Kaiser Rd, NW Thompson Rd
and NW Laidlaw Rd.


Anyone possessing recorded video capturing the areas listed
above on June 3^rd or June 4^th is urged to contact our tip

recording and identify the specific location or street address of the video

Terri Horman agrees to leave house


PORTLAND -- Kyron's stepmother Terri Moulton Horman will not
challenge a request to move out of the former family home, a letter from
her lawyer read Monday.
The boy's father Kaine Horman had added a clause to a restraining
order that she leave the home last week. A July 22 scheduled hearing in
the case was cancelled, according to the court.
On Saturday, sources told KGW that investigators believe someone
other than Terri Moulton Horman may know what happened to the 7-year-old
who disappeared from Skyline Elementary on June 4.
It was unclear if or when Terri planned to move out.
On Sunday, the parents of missing Portland boy Kyron Horman put off
all media contact for the week in anticipation of what they called
"heavy" obligations by investigators on the case.

"Our focus continues to be fully on the investigation and finding
Kyron," a statement from father Kaine Horman read. "All indications are
that law enforcement obligations will be heavy in the coming week. As a
result, we are sorry that we cannot schedule any media meetings. We
really apologize for the change but, as always, our priority is keeping
our energy and available time focused on the search and both of those
things will be in short supply next week."snipped

I notice that there is a loop from the Horman house to Skyline then to Sauvie Island and back to the Horman house. It looks like an obvious place to go if you were tying to dispose of something.

Did you notice how heavily wooded the area is? The map shows how difficult it would be to thoroughly search the area.

Terri Moulton Horman won't contest her husband's request that she be
ordered by the court to move out of their Northwest Sheltered Nook Road
house and not return, nor the restraining order she faces, according to
her attorney's court filing today.

A judge had set a show-cause
hearing for July 22 on Kaine Horman's request to kick his wife out of
their home, but Stephen Houze, Horman's criminal defense attorney, filed
a letter with the court today saying the hearing would not be
necessary, according to court records.In his letter, Houze said Terri Horman would not be contesting any of
the matters before the court, including a restraining order that
prevents her from any parenting time with her daughter, Kiara.

Kaine
Horman had asked the court to hold an expedited hearing to force his
wife out of his house.

Kaine Horman argued in court papers that
their daughter, Kiara, now 20 months old, has lived at their home on
Northwest Sheltered Nook Road since she was born, and it would be in his
children's best interest to live in the home they grew up in. Kaine
Horman is listed as the sole owner of the rural home. He bought the
house in January 2007, three months before he and Terri got married in
Hawaii.

"Petitioner believes it is important for Kiara to be
back in the family residence in order to provide her with stability and
consistency," Kaine Horman's lawyer, Laura Rackner wrote, in a motion to
modify the restraining order last week. "Petitioner believes it will be
important for Kyron to be back in the family residence once he is
located in order to provide him with stability and consistency."

I think you could be right. They are probably close together. They may be at a hotel or relative's home. Maybe after Terri moves out Desiree and Tony can stay at Kaine's home?

I think her love for Kiara could be what breaks the case. If someone can convince her that she needs to give LE enough information to find Kyron to end Kiara's suffering. She will never tell the whole truth.

I am guessing here, but what if Terri released some information this week to LE through her attorney. That could be what they are investigating to see if it is true before the release it to the public.

The court documents in addition, showed that a clerk at a gym said Terri came there on June 28, before the original papers were served, in an attempt to “abduct” Kiara Harmon. Terri asked specifically when Kaine was there working out and to let her know the next time he appeared. The clerk told the manager what happened and the manager then contacted police.
The order says that Terri took the restraining order to Cook's home, where Cook took photos the document, which included Kaine's new address. It also states that Cook Google mapped the address.
In the motion, it was alleged Terri also exchanged hundred of text messages with Cook and several photographs of graphic sexual activity since June 30. Cook was a high school friend of Kaine Horman. Kaine told authorities that Terri and Cook did not know each other before Kyron's disappearance and were now in a relationship.

While her stepson is missing, her husband is divorcing her and she cannot see her children, she is texting to a new guy and sending graphic sexual photographs. What?

Good grief, this is one screwed up little town wouldn't ya' say. TH is one whacked beotch. You would think that out of this mess that LE would be able to find one thing they can jail her on.

LE should arrest her on the murder for hire plot. With all that has gone on, I am sure the bail will be high.

TH is 1 Sick Puppy, IMO I think she was good at hiding it most of the time. However it seems that she is unravelling (her life and sanity, if she was ever sane at all) Poor Kyron, he never had a chance with this whackjob in his life being the stepchild..... I bet she was horrible to him when they were alone he probably thought it was normal the way she treated him... IMO I feel so bad for her biological children as well. This is scarey stuff--I'm hoping Cook went right away to LE and didn't wait for them to go to him. I still can't believe the landscaper didn't go to LE right away instead of waiting, to me he can't be trusted. It is unbelievable that with all the lies, scheming and odd behavior that LE do not have enough to arrest her, but one thing is for sure, she knows that it would be futile to fight the court orders because there is too much evidence that she is a dangerous.

i think this new info is why she isn't contesting the RO - i hope LE knows exactly how long this relationship has been going on - and if she confided in him at all - that would be even better.

Why isn't this woman in jail for murder for hire and attempted kidnapping. I don't understand, this is beyond words.
