I am wondering if it has been mentioned whether or not Terri was having financial problems.

Maybe Terri sold Kyron to someone for money. As disgusting as that sounds, it might mean he is still alive.

She posted this less than two weeks after Kyron went missing!! Kyron is NEVER mentioned - especially for these two questions - is very telling!! And who does things like that while your child is GONE!!

Kaine Horman seeks hearing to push Terri Moulton Horman from family
home

Kaine Horman, through his attorney, is seeking to push his wife out of
their rural northwest Multnomah County home, possibly as soon as this
weekend.

His attorney Laura Rackner told the court in a petition
for an expedited hearing on the issue that Terri
Moulton Horman will not contest the restraining order or filing of
divorce papers, but has not said when she’ll move out of their home on
Northwest Sheltered Nook Road.

“Respondent has not provided
information about when she will vacate the family residence,’’ Rackner
wrote in her petition filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court. “In order
to protect the safety of Petitioner and the children, respondent must
be required to immediately move from and not return to the residence.
Petitioner therefore respectfully requests the schedling of a hearing on
an expedited basis to address this matter.’’

A hearing has been
set for July 22, but it may be moved up.

Kaine Horman is the
father of Kyron
Horman, who disappeared June 4 from Skyline School. Terri Horman,
the boy's stepmother, was the last person to see Kyron at the school.

Desiree
Young, the boy's mother, and Kaine Horman have publicly called for
Terri Horman to work more closely with investigators to help find the
missing 7-year-old.

Kyron Horman Investigation Costs Top $400,000

investigation into the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman have climbed
past $400,000.
But County Chair Jeff Cogen believes law enforcement
is close enough to cracking the case that cost will not become an
issue.
“If they were continuing to spend money like this six months from
now, I’d be concerned,” Cogen tells WW. “But I don’t think
anyone believes that’s going to happen. We hope way before then that
this will be resolved.”
Cogen says his belief is not based on any inside knowledge of the
case.
The latest reports from the Sheriff’s Office and the District
Attorney’s Office estimate the case of the missing 7-year-old boy has
cost the county about $413,000.
That was as of last Friday — six weeks after Kyron disappeared June 4
from Skyline School.
The DA’s latest report (PDF) shows $62,616.41 in costs. The case
last week cost the DA’s office about $1,800 per day.
Sheriff’s Sgt. Travis Gullberg tells WW his office spent
about $350,000 on the case by the end of last week. Gullberg says
Sheriff Dan Staton may ask county commissioners for a budget
modification if costs continue to build.
Cogen says the cash-strapped county may have trouble coming up with
that kind of money if the case drags on for months. But so far he
believes the costs have been justified.
“I don’t have any reason to believe what we’ve tapped so far is
inappropriate,” Cogen says. “At this point I think both the sheriff’ and
the DA have done absolutely the right thing in investigating and
pursuing [the case].”

Former Multnomah County Sheriff's Capt. Bruce McCain sat down with KOIN's Jessica Morkert to talk about the latest developments in the Kyron Horman case.

McCain, who withdrew from the sheriff's race in January, now practices law at his firm.

McCain said that so far, everything known about Terri Moulton Horman stems from a family civil divorce case—and it's no coincidence.

McCain: “It’s clear the investigators and the prosecutors are working hand-in-hand. We know that from public budget documents. Once the search and rescue operation wound down weeks ago this has now turned into what I call ‘cubical warfare.’ These are the forensic people working behind the scenes.
