PORTLAND -- Kyron Horman's photo was on the cover of 'People' for the second week in a row and the story that goes with it focuses on the attention that has been placed on his step-mother Terri Moulton.
Since Kyron vanished three weeks ago, she has been singled-out in a questionnaire sent to parents and staff of Skyline school. A lifelong friend described Terri Moulton's unhappiness with a second polygraph test.

I wonder if LE being so tight lipped about this is because there is pressure from the mayor(or whatever they have in that town) to minimize a public outcry about the fact that he went missing from a public school. It does seem odd to me that the school and authorities haven't really taken a pounding on this and the media and public are talking about Terri Horman most of the time. One way to take the heat off the school is make people suspicious about the Stepmother which sort of exonerates lapses by the school. It seems a bit far fetched but I have never known such a lack of info after all this time. I would imagine that normally if the perp is the closest family member who was with the child last she would be in jail charged with something by now. The longer it goes on the more likely it is a 'stranger' IMO. The other thing about the Stepmom is I can't imagine she would come up with such a convoluted scheme if she planned to kill him. Think of the risks involving the school and hundreds of potential witnesses. Anyone could potentially have seen her - or not seen her when she was supposed to be somewhere-when she gave her account. Would she seriously come up with this complicated plan and all the risks it involved? Mothers usually just do it and lie - like Casey, and try to point the finger at an intruder/kidnapper or someone else - like Darlie Routier, Susan Smith.
Terri Horman must have balls of steel if she worked all this out and risked carrying it through.

Very strange that comments about SM being seen at school on 6/4 have been removed from articles on OregonLive . . . and then the release of the questionnaire . . . it's like "they" want us to wonder if he ever really was at school that day.

because if they were in a hurry to get to school she may have put
breakfast off...(planned)..maybe Terri told him they would grab a bite
after he set up his display...and that's how she got him to leave with
her before school. He would not have left with her unless there was a
primary need of his that had to be filled. He was too excited about his
project....there is no way he would've gone off and left it, unless he
was hungry, and Terri knew that.

----Dearest Alice: I am not certain that Friday morning was "set up day". Nothing I have gathered indicates that.
It seems more likely that the projects were set up on Thursday after class. There's no way they could have all that confusion
of set up combined with the public being welcomed. I have not haerd anything about the display being taken to the school
with him on Friday. My theory is that the pic we all know, of Kyron standing in front
of his froggies was taken after the set up on Thursday. That's why there's hardly anybody in the shot.

and this could be easily confirmed by the pic of the other boy - who's red tree project was not nearly as elaborate as kyrons - but we still haven't heard anything from him or his family - it's as if they don't want us to know the timeline at all.

Friends of the Horman family told FOX 12 that police encouraged Kaine Horman to take the couple's 18-month-old daughter and stay at a different location. Investigators would not confirm that information Monday.

Thanks Sis. Can't wait to hear what they say. If Kaine Horman thinks she did it either LE do have some evidence or Kaine suspects her because she has complained about wanting to get rid of Kyron before to him. I've been wondering about that. I would imagine that before she did anything this drastic wouldn't she have tried to get everyone to agree that Kyron go and live with his bio mom?

We have been fully briefed by law enforcement on the on-going criminal investigation. We are in complete support of that investigation. We have asked the Multnomah ounty Sheriff’s Office to facilitate releasing this statement for us due to their access to the media/flash news.

We understand that we have free access to the media but are limiting statements to the media to keep the integrity of the investigation intact.

Any actions taken by the investigation, or by us, are based on the best interests of Kyron and Kiara and comply with the law. Beyond this, we have no comment on the matter.

WOW. They must really know SOMETHING, having Kaine take the little girl out of the home. Just shows TH is not to be trusted. :( Ugh I just wish they would figure this out already. Poor boy. :( I hate to say but I don't think he is alive anymore. I would if they suspected someone else had him. But if all signs are pointing to TH then who would have him? I did read in that one article or statement something about a man racing along side her? Does anyone else remember reading that? I just hope they can get Kyron and his family( real family ) the justice he deserves. Poor baby.

is this a word for word statement? if so, wow - "in the best interests of kyron and kiara" could that mean she could possibly hurt kiara as well.
