Good. Thanks Ovieoviedo45 wrote:according to an article i read, the computers have been searched. they may have signed a consent to search and a search warrant wouldn't be necessarykiwimom wrote:I'm sure LE would love to have a look at the Hormans computers. Just like Casey and Huckaby I bet there's a chance that they would find some info. With the allegations TH tried to hire a hit man wouldn't that be grounds for a search warrant to take the computer?

Although I know it is possible, revenge for an affair does not seem like a strong enough motive to harm a little boy.
I have a tendency to think that it may be revenge for harm done to her son.

I agree, although it can be devastating, but if that was the case I would expect her to have done something to the other woman as most woman get even madder at them. On another topic, I know you and many others have raised the possibility that TH's 16 year old son may have done something to Kyron and she was trying to cover that up. I've thought long and hard whether to post this but I think in all fairness I should. Wouldn't it be more feasible as far as a motive strong enough to want to murder Kyron - who she apparently was a good mother to by all accounts - that Kyron did something to her daughter?Mitestarossa wrote:Although I know it is possible, revenge for an affair does not seem like a strong enough motive to harm a little boy.

It's called the pecking order. It is not uncommon in families with sexual abuse. Of course it is all speculation at this point, but certainly not far fetched considering the charges brought against the uncle recently.kiwimom wrote:I agree, although it can be devastating, but if that was the case I would expect her to have done something to the other woman as most woman get even madder at them. Here is a question I have been wondering about. Where was the daughter that morning? I haven't seen anywhere that the daughter was with Terri. Somebody had to have kept her while Terri was gone. Did this person see Kyron that morning? Can they verify what time Terri got back home? How she acted when she came back ? And another question, Why was the bio dad at the house that afternoon when the bus ran? Was that a normal routine?

Reportedly...Terri dropped the baby off with a friend. I'd love to know if that friend saw Kyron that morning....she probably did, by the looks of things...Terri set this up perfectly...so perfectly, they can't even arrest her yet.
The reason Kaine was home in the afternoon was because evidently, when you work for Intel, in his position you are allowed to make your own schedule and work from home. (At least, that's what I've gathered. Don't quote me on that) I hear he was home often during the day, which begs the question, if that is true...when the heck did Terri have time to hire a landscaper without Kaine's knowledge and plot Kaine's murder?
The rest of your questions I can't answer, but they are great questions. I think only LE knows at this point, it's all kind of sketchy.

Portland, OR- The tangled web that is the life of Terri Horman continues to weave.
In an Exclusive development to blinkoncrime.com, a Portland local, declining to be identified, provides the bombshell revelation that Terri Horman was behind the 5:16PM call to 911 last June 26th.
The object of her “threat based” call to 911 requiring officers response?
The Landscaper, in his white truck, on her property, demanding his payment for $10,000.
The same Portland source confirmed that an undercover detective, playing the role of an associate of the landscaper turned alleged assassin, was present. It was also confirmed a bulk of the incident was overheard on the police scanner. The Truck registration and plate were called in on an open channel as well.
What they did not count on, during the surreptitious meeting, was that Terri Horman would shut down the brief meeting and call Police; thwarting what they were hopeful would end in an arrest.

Below is the Q & A with the family. Analysis and commentary are in bold type. This holds some sad information. The pronoun "we" is used consistently throughout, and does not represent any weakening of assertions. The words chosen, however, are revelatory and offer, perhaps, an insight into Kryon's last day.

The last time Kaine Horman saw his little boy was 7:45 a.m. on June 4. Kyron had just come back to the house after feeding the family cat, Bootsie, and his Dad was heading into work.
"I walked over to him, told him I was extremely proud of him for the effort he put into his red-eyed tree frog project, and for him to have a great and fun day at the science fair," his dad recalled this evening.
"We talked about maybe going for a special treat and playing the Wii after school, and then I said. 'I love you.'"
"I love you, too, Dad," Kaine heard his son say.
They were the last words he has heard from Kyron.

Finding Kyron Horman: Renewed Hope That Missing Second-Grader Might Be Alive
Family Drama: Police Say Terri Horman Tried to Hire Hitman to Kill Kyron's Father
By MIKE von FREMD, CLAYTON SANDELL, DEAN SCHABNER and SARAH NETTER
PORTLAND, Oregon, July 6, 2010
Even as the family of missing Oregon boy Kyron Horman struggles with his disappearances and allegations of a murder-for-hire plot, experts say unwavering hope that he'll be found alive is a powerful motivator.
Missing 7-year-old's stepmom is under intense surveillance.
Ernie Allen, president of the Center for Missing & Exploited Children, said statistics show most missing children are eventually found.
"We know from the Justice Department data, even in the most serious cases most of the children come home," he said. "You always look at those closest to the child. You rule things out. You rule suspects out." Right now, the main person of interest in the case seems to be Kyron's stepmother Terri Horman, even though she has not been named as such by police. Over the weekend, news broke that police believe Horman allegedly tried to hire her landscaper to kill her husband, Kyron's father, Kaine Horman.
The allegation, first reported in The Oregonian but confirmed by ABC News affiliate KATU-TV in Portland through a source close to the investigation.

Last Update: 6:41 am
PORTLAND, Ore. - Kaine Horman and Desiree and Tony Young answered additional questions in an e-mail about Kyron in hopes of keeping him in the forefront of everyone's minds.
They responded to questions about Kyron's feelings about the Fourth of July and fireworks. They also addressed questions about taking a polygraph test and Terri Moulton Horman's role in the case.
Here are some excerpts:
How difficult was it to be without Kyron this 4th of July?
Desiree – It was very difficult. Kyron doesn’t like real loud noises and so he generally
is kind of timid when it comes to celebrating the 4th of July, but the main thing that I missed was Kyron sitting on my lap for
the entire show. I always tell him he is just making sure that I am not afraid, at least that is what I tell him when his 15 year old brother teases him about it.
Kaine – extremely difficult. He likes the lights and colors but not the noises and will often sit and watch with his ears covered. We have tried a few fireworks in the past but he definitely prefers watching them. Kyron enjoys the food/BBQ that we usually do and we usually play outside most of the day, which he loves to do.
Have you been asked to take polygraphs? If so, did you take them?
Yes,all 3 of us have taken polygraphs and have voluntarily undergone any and all sessions with law enforcement and will continue to do so as long as it takes to bring Kyron home. We wake up every day and check in to proactively see what else we can do to help with the case and to find Kyron. We are relentless in this focus.
The Sheriff spoke out on Friday and said Terri Horman has cooperated throughout the investigation but was
insinuated in your statement that she has not been cooperating-please explain.
We believe that the Sheriff’s statement could have been misinterpreted and possibly reflects Terri’s cooperation to participate in prior weeks during the investigation. The statement was directed at historical cooperation not current cooperation. Based
upon information we have received from briefings it is our understanding, and continues to be such, that she has not been
cooperating. We have been briefed by law enforcement and we have not received a response since our request for her to fully cooperate with investigators to assist in bringing Kyron home. We continue to issue our plea of her FULLY cooperating with law enforcement and the investigation to help bring Kyron home as quickly as possible.

This whole thing just makes me cry. Nobody stole this sweet punk, and unfortunately, I don't think he is still alive. What goes on in the mind of these people? In her case...geez, don't even get me started. Terri reminded me so much of Susan Smith at that press conference and that is really a sore point and a trigger for me. I couldn't believe she tried to pull that crap off like she did!
She KNOWS where Kyron is...or she KNOWS where she left his body. I'm going to refrain from using explicatives right now. And really, it is taking a gargantuan effort.
I turned in my reporter badge a long time ago, so I don't have to be objective and unbiased. I have the luxury of going with my instincts - and my instincts tell me that Terri Horman is guilty of murdering Kyron. Whether or not she did it directly, or indirectly remains to be seen, but I cannot fathom a person on this planet taking any amount of money to murder a child. Especially not for that fat piece of nothingness.
I probably shouldn't post this but I'm going to...

Re: KYRON HORMAN - 7 yo - Portland OR
Her cell phone pings were coming from Sauvie Island, so she was THERE. Cell phone pings don't lie. Whose white truck was it? Was she riding with Mr. Landscaper, or in her own white truck? Since LE gave her back the truck, (twice?) I'm guessing it was his. Good catch, Mom_in_Il. But I wonder if she borrowed his truck, and he was clueless? I still think it was Terri's truck....Kyron's DNA would be all over that truck, so what could they possibly find in her truck? They already know she was there...and I'm sure the dirt and bug samples acquired from the tires and windshield have been sent off for analysis, which will take weeks...let's hope they were that smart to take such samples....
The only thing that stops me from wondering if landscaper dude was involved with Kyron's disappearance is the fact that he would tell on himself if he were. Right now, if he is NOT involved, he's got more on Terri, than Terri has on him - so it makes sense that he would come forward. He hasn't broken the law, because as far as we know, no payment exchanged hands...If he WAS involved...even if he didn't get paid, it would be in his best interest to shut the hell up about it....unless he is dumb enough to try and throw Terri under the bus for lack of payment, because it implicates him to the nth degree. This is all so confusing and poor Kyron is still missing....
Did I read correctly that Terri's atty is shopping a book deal in New York? WTH? Are you f'in kidding me? I must've misread that...

Did I read correctly that Terri's atty is shopping a book deal in New York? WTH? Are you f'in kidding me? I must've misread that...
